Last week we celebrated the groundbreaking for Habitat for Humanity Capital Region's Valencia Boulevard project. Mike Valiante, president of Commercial Markets at AF Group, who has served as a member of the Capital Region board for many years, donned a hard hat and shovel to help kick off the start of the 10-home development that will help provide affordable home ownership opportunities for hardworking families in our community, serve as a catalyst for positive change and strengthen the neighborhood for years to come.
