This was a memorable week for many reasons, as we celebrated the 35th anniversary of Ameri-Force, Inc. and took part in a week full of awesome activities. Being part of a team that values creative thinking and camaraderie makes the workplace truly feel like home. I’m very proud of this nationwide group of professionals, as many of them have orchestrated the better part of these past 35 years and continue to leave their mark every day. Looking back at my own journey with Ameri-Force, these last six years have been engaging, meaningful, and full of opportunities to grow. I’m grateful for the relationships I’ve built and excited to see what the next years bring. Our team continues to make an impact not only within staffing but throughout our local shipyard communities by serving as a resource for career development. A highlight of my week was our networking session with TMA BlueTech™ , where we had the opportunity to speak with a cohort of students who recently completed their Shipyard Competency Bootcamp. I’m excited for this cohort, and for our ability to help them find opportunities in the near future.
