Progress is taking shape at the Huey P. Long Field House Phase 2 Renovation at LSU! Following the successful completion of Phase 1, our team is transforming former racquetball courts into a 24,400-square-foot academic facility for the LSU College of Human Sciences & Education and the LSU School of Nursing. The new space will feature classrooms, nursing skills labs, simulation labs, and a cadaver lab designed to support hands-on learning for future healthcare professionals. 120 days in and making steady progress. The future home of the LSU ROTC program is taking shape as crews continue framing, MEP rough-in, and preparations for the outdoor training area. Through daily coordination and lean construction practices, we've maintained zero safety incidents while keeping the project moving forward. We are proud to help build a facility that will serve future LSU cadets for generations to come.

Progress is underway at the new Lipsey's Headquarters off of Highland Road! Our team is focused on site preparation, building pad development, and mobilization for the deep foundation work ahead on this 265,000-square-foot facility. While activity on-site is ramping up, months of planning, scheduling, logistics coordination, and procurement have helped set this project up for success. Most importantly, safety remains our top priority as we work through the Louisiana summer heat, ensuring every team member goes home safe each day. The Cajun Industries Employee Meeting & Development Center is officially complete! This 15,000-square-foot facility was designed to support employee development, training, and company events, providing a modern space for collaboration and growth. One of the things that made this project especially meaningful was the opportunity to partner with a fellow ABC Pelican Chapter member.
