Say hello to our newest team members at BackOps AI 👋 Thomas Canter joins as an Account Executive. He’s passionate about travel, food, and music, and loves discovering new cultures and experiences. Whether it’s finding a hidden restaurant or live music in a new city, he’s inspired by the connections built through shared experiences. Ali Azam joins as a Senior Software Engineer, coming from Align Technology where he worked on large-scale production systems supporting global operations. Outside of work, he enjoys riding motorcycles, kickboxing, and road-tripping along the West Coast. George Erol Fouché also joins as a Senior Software Engineer, bringing 10+ years of experience across backend systems, data engineering, and AI-driven product development. He’s built scalable, event-driven architectures in startups and enterprise environments alike.
