Back from Copenhagen after some very interesting days with ACC Europe – Association of Corporate Counsel. What stood out once again was the level of openness in this community, in-house counsel sharing honestly what they’re seeing in their organisations, where things are going well, and where they are facing challenges. There were excellent insights on how the GC role is evolving and the breadth of issues now sitting with legal teams. From global supply chains and complex private equity deals, to managing employment law compliance across jurisdictions, integrating sustainability into business strategy, and of course AI and transformation journeys, there was a really strong and well-balanced agenda, with some fantastic speakers. Thanks to the ACC team for bringing this community together once again, and for organising a fantastic three days.
