Your 5-Star Preview Reports just posted in IQIES. These show your QM data based on the recently updated QM cut points. It's time to take a look and see where you landed based on the July update. In the example below, you will note that an example facility with 1482 total QM points, in the July update, would have had 5 QM stars under the prior cut points. Under the revised cut points, they have 4 QM stars. The preview reports indicate that the revised 5-star ratings, "... will be displayed for your nursing home on the Care Compare website on or around July 29, 2026." That's next Wednesday! The Brightwater Therapy Department recently hosted an event introducing the gait analysis tool, OneStep! This innovative technology helps predict a person's fall risk while identifying areas that can be improved to help prevent future falls.
