We the people honored the courage and conviction of our Founding Fathers, and celebrated the foundation our nation built on: life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. In the spirit of community and service, members of our team volunteered to take a turn in the dunk tank. Each throw brought cheers and laughter while helping raise money to purchase school supplies for children in need. Proud to have attended the recent F-35 Supplier Summit at the Northrop Grumman Palmdale facility. Bringing together over 75 support equipment suppliers with partners from Lockheed Martin, the JPO, and active-duty maintainers really drove home the theme: “One Team, One Mission.” Touring the floor where they build the F-35 center fuselages was a crazy experience. The tech and automation they have running in there honestly looks like something straight out of a sci-fi movie. As cool as the facility was, the absolute best part of the summit was hearing feedback directly from the servicemen and maintainers who work on these jets every day. Getting their real-world perspective gave everyone in the room a healthy reality check and a clear reminder of exactly why we do what we do.
