Drivers are already looking for parking near your location. The question is whether you show up the moment they're ready to book. Flash's demand network connects your spaces to 450M+ driver touchpoints across navigation apps, ticketing platforms, and car dashboards — reaching drivers wherever parking enters their plan, in the apps they already use — all before they reach your gate. In May, we noted that while hotels were calling the World Cup a non-event, parking reservation data in host markets told a different story — advance bookings on ParkWhiz were pacing 54% ahead of 2025. Mid-tournament, that gap has widened. From June 11–July 5, sports-event parking reservations across the same 11 U.S. host markets were up 136.9% YoY on ParkWhiz. Same-day and day-before reservations surged 181.1% YoY. Even 25+ day reservations held strong at 46.4% YoY. Demand isn't just growing — it's accelerating closest to event day, exactly when connected inventory matters most. For owners and operators, the pattern is consistent with what we see across major sporting events: demand builds early, shifts quickly, and spikes sharply close to arrival. The assets positioned to capture it are the ones visible, bookable, and connected before drivers reach their destination— whether that booking happens three weeks out or three hours before. #WorldCup2026 #ParkingTechnology #EventParking #CRE

Parking is reaching its inflection point. Food delivery, travel and retail all transformed when better experiences connected to open infrastructure. Parking is next. Last week at IPMI, Flash Chief Digital Officer Dan Roarty and Andy Harman of Arrive took the stage to show what that transformation looks like — a connected network of drivers, locations, and consumer demand touchpoints replacing fragmented transactions across cities. The Express Pay experience in motion at #IPMI2026. Last week, IPMI attendees rolled through downtown Milwaukee and witnessed what happens when parking moves with the journey. Pre-enrolled cruisers enabled attendees to move through garages across the city without stopping, pulling a ticket or touching a kiosk. Arrival, payment and exit disappeared into the experience. This is what it feels like when parking works in the background — keeping people, places and cities moving.
