A quiet thought for anyone who lives in HubSpot workflows and is preparing to dive back in on Monday ☕️: For years, your workflows could only go as far as a clean if-this-then-that logic. The moment a step needed thinking and judgment (read this email, summarize these three calls, figure out what this request actually is), the workflow often stopped short and a human took over. That just changed with the announcement HubSpot made on the 23rd: With the new HubSpot Agent Hub and Agent Builder, you can now drop an agent into exactly those fuzzy steps, right inside the workflow you already trust. Your automations suddenly reach a lot further than they used to. So as you prepare for Monday, look at where your best workflows dead-end today. Each one is an opportunity: a spot where an agent can now pick up the messy middle and keep things moving. (One of 50+ ideas from our latest Data & Agent Chronicles on the Growth blog.) #HubSpot #RevOps

For years, "automate it in HubSpot" basically meant one thing: build a workflow. Powerful, but only as far as a clean "if-this-then-that" style-tool could reach. Friends, that just changed. Yesterday, HubSpot shipped Agent Hub and Agent Builder: one place to see and run AI agents across marketing, sales, and service, built on the data already sitting in your CRM. 💪 Here's why it's exciting. Workflows still handle the deterministic steps beautifully. Now the steps that always needed a human (reading a messy inbound email, summarizing three call transcripts, drafting insights from real research) can hand off to an agent, right inside the automation you already trust. Rules for the predictable parts. An agent for the judgment parts. Together, a lot more of your process comes into reach. 🤝 Growth's new guide just went live on our blog to help you get started. It maps 50+ ways to put HubSpot Agent Hub to work, across every GTM team and a handful of our favorite industry verticals. (see comments for a direct link) #HubSpot #AgentHub #RevOps

Most teams turn on lifecycle automation to clean up a messy CRM. It usually does the opposite. Automation doesn't settle a disagreement about what a stage means. It makes whatever definition you already have happen faster, across routing, reporting, and every integration downstream. So here's a test to run before you enable a single workflow: hand marketing, sales, and service the same records with the lifecycle value hidden. If they classify them the same way for the same reason, you're ready. If they don't, keep the workflow off and settle the definition first. Our new guide by our Director of Revenue, Amber Kemmis👩💻🤓, lays out the five gates a lifecycle model has to clear before automation is safe. Full guide in the comments. #HubSpot #RevOps #MarketingOps

"Not a vendor. A partner." That's how a client described Growth in a new five-star review on our HubSpot Solutions Partner Directory listing. They came to us for a full CRM migration to HubSpot. What stayed with them after the project was how the hard parts got handled: a complex migration broken into clear pieces, every step explained so the whole team could follow. They've since extended the engagement into an ongoing retainer. We're grateful for that trust, and glad to keep building alongside their team. 🤝 We want to give a shoutout to Katrina Horne, who led the work, Growth-style: senior-led, on time, on budget.

Scaling on HubSpot takes more than adding new tools. It takes solid CRM architecture, clear data governance, aligned processes, and integrations built around the way your teams actually work. When reporting is slow, definitions start to drift, or growth leaves your portal harder to trust, the fix usually comes down to a few core RevOps decisions made in the right order by people who’ve done this work at scale. That’s what creates clean data, reporting your team believes, and a system people will actually use. Want more specifics? Our free guide on hiring RevOps services for scaling HubSpot environments is in the comments 👇 #RevOps #HubSpot #GrowthOps

300 emails per rep sent auto-magically, a 5%+ reply rate (beating benchmarks), and a webinar that 3x'd its goal — that's our HubSpot Prospecting Agent + Apollo integration in action. It didn't start there. We burned 20,000 credits in the first 30 days before it booked a single meeting. The Agent wasn't the problem. Our brief was too broad. So we rebuilt the motion into three phases: Plan, Execute, Optimize, and the numbers improved dramatically. Amber Kemmis👩💻🤓, Director of Revenue and Krystina Gillenwater, our Senior Growth Strategist, ran it day to day and we wrote up exactly what changed, where HubSpot's Agent stops and Apollo takes over, and what we'd do differently on day one. If you're running the Prospecting Agent (and are watching your credits vanish faster than meetings getting booked) read our story next. ✅ Link in the comments.

A well executed RevOps retainer with a HubSpot Solutions Partner shouldn't feel like a black box every week. You buy the hours. Work happens somewhere in the dark. A status email shows up on Friday. And nobody can tell you what actually moved. Stalled projects. Unclear priorities. A backlog that surprises everyone except the person who built it. That's not a strategic retainer. That's a very expensive way to hire a team to stay BUSY. Here's how we run retainers at Growth instead. Every hour ties to a roadmap. The work that drives revenue goes first. The trade-offs happen out loud, so at any moment you know three things: what's next, what's on hold, and where your investment is going. Predictable progress. Not just activity. Every week. Curious to learn more about how Growth does retainers? Check out our new article in the comments. 👀

A lot of companies are buying AI tools and still struggling with adoption. At Growth, we realized the missing piece wasn't another training session. It was our leadership creating a safe place for the team to take ownership and experiment. In April, we launched **Growth Labs** — a quarterly internal cohort designed to help our team work in a more AI-first way. The first round just wrapped, and it delivered exactly what we hoped for: curiosity, collaboration, experimentation, and meaningful usage. A few ingredients mattered: - a clear, simple brief: *make your work better* - the team nominating their own cohort lead to own outcomes and communication - giving the team flexibility in prioritizing tools and problems to solve - optional participation, with real time and budget behind it Out of that cohort came two internal tools: - **SHIP** – safer, faster code deployment without touching terminals or the CMS - **BIXBY** – systems architecture tool for stronger technical scopes and faster speed to value for customers The real win was the positive impact on our team culture: When you create an AI lab, give a small group ownership, and then step back, adoption stops being a mandate and starts becoming how the team actually wants to work. 🤝🌳🌅 #AI #GTM #GrowthOps #Innovation

Most companies don't actually ever outgrow HubSpot. They outgrow the way it was first set up for them. What worked at $10M in revenue rarely holds at $50M. Growth, acquisitions, and new teams quietly bend a portal out of shape, and one day the reports stop agreeing and the forecast becomes debatable (again)... Scaling it up into where you are now usually comes down to getting help optimizing six key areas of your RevOps. We wrote the buyer's guide on shopping for services and providers to help you keep growing on HubSpot: -What each service does -When you need it -How to choose a Partner who has scaled environments like yours Link in the comments 👇
