IES Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: IESC) today reported financial results for the third quarter of fiscal 2026, ended June 30, 2026.   Highlights include:   * Revenue of $1,242.7 million, an increase of 40% over the same quarter last year *Operating income of $178.5 million, an increase of 60% year over year *Net income attributable to IES of $153.0 million, an increase of 98% year over year *Diluted earnings per share of $7.57, compared with $3.81 in the prior year period *Backlog of approximately $4.5 billion as of June 30, 2026, an increase of 91% since fiscal year end   The Company's Board of Directors also approved a two-for-one split of its common stock. Shareholders of record as of August 14, 2026 will receive one additional share for every share held, effective after the close of trading on August 21, 2026.   "The disciplined capital allocation strategy we've deployed to strategically expand our operations over the past several years has positioned us to grow revenue and improve margins," said Matt Simmes, President and Chief Executive Officer.   Full results, including segment performance and non-GAAP reconciliations, are available in our press release: https://lnkd.in/gYihn_sT
