  • We just earned the DiMe Seal! 🎉 DiMe built the first comprehensive framework for evidence, usability, privacy, and security in digital health software and evaluated us against a real, cross-disciplinary standard. For our customers, that means the infrastructure powering their products has been independently verified against the bar the industry is now setting for itself. We built Junction so digital health companies could trust what's underneath — and this is proof that trust holds up under scrutiny. Learn more at https://dimeseal.org #DigitalHealth #DiMeSeal

🚨 NEW PROJECT ANNOUNCEMENT Today, the Connected Health Collaborative Community (CHcc) by DiMe launched Operationalizing AI Governance in Healthcare, a new initiative to give health systems and technology companies practical tools for responsible AI deployment. 82% of health systems have little or no governance process in place for the AI they are already using. This initiative brings together health systems, developers, and policy leaders to close that gap with tools built for real-world use, not another framework to interpret. We're proud to launch this work with Qualified Health as title sponsor, alongside our founding partners: American Psychological Association, Children's Nebraska, Coalesce Health, Complear, Credo AI, Consumer Technology Association, Dimer Health, EBSCO Information Services, Equity in Health Systems, FDA, Ferrum Health, GLACIS Technologies, Heidi, Health Universe , Intel, Intrepid Ascent, ISHI Health, Junction, LCMC Health, March Health, Mass General Brigham, National Health Council, Onboard AI, OpenLoop, Sanford Health, Swept AI, UPMC, University of Rochester Medicine, and The University of Texas Medical Branch ‼️ There is still time to join us, but the doors are closing.  Share your interest here: https://lnkd.in/efds8suP

  • We've joined the Connected Health Collaborative Community (CHcc) by Digital Medicine Society (DiMe)'s initiative: ‘Operationalizing AI Governance in Healthcare’, a new multi-stakeholder effort to deliver safe, high-performing AI across healthcare at scale. Health organizations are already deploying AI across clinical and operational workflows. But a recent survey found that 82% of more than 230 health systems have limited or no governance processes in place. The frameworks that do exist are often abstract, leaving leaders without actionable guidance on risk mitigation, performance monitoring, or sustainable integration. Adoption without infrastructure creates risk, for patients, for clinicians, and for the organizations deploying these tools. That's why Junction is partnering with DiMe, Consumer Technology Association Association, Qualified Health, FDA, and other leaders across the ecosystem to build the first open-source toolkit for operationalizing AI governance in healthcare. This initiative will: ✅ Organize and integrate existing guidance into practical, enterprise-ready risk mitigation strategies ✅ Define performance requirements and validation templates that reduce coverage decision cycles and lower claim risks ✅ Establish active performance management tools, including scorecards, dashboards, and workflows that bring accountability and transparency to AI deployment ✅ Surface real-world case studies demonstrating measurable improvements in operational efficiency, financial outcomes, and patient safety ✅ Produce sustainable integration resources organizations can use to scale AI responsibly across populations and care settings Learn more and join the effort building the governance infrastructure that enables AI to deliver on its promise to healthcare: https://lnkd.in/efds8suP

Junction keeps growing and so is my team—I’m hiring a founding Data Scientist to join this rocketship 🚀 We’ve built a strong data foundation and hit an inflection point; getting data isn’t the problem anymore. Now, what matters is how it's best leveraged to drive clinical decisions, close diagnostic gaps, and improve outcomes. This role leans heavily into applied research and model experimentation, owning that shift end-to-end and building new product capabilities that push us into entirely new territory. It's one I'm especially excited about. If you’re a reformed lab rat (like me), a serial rabbit-hole pursuer, and/or someone who takes offense to LLMs being used for classification, let’s chat. Apply here: https://lnkd.in/eZVu-CpW PS: You'll get to join this AI-enhanced, techno-surreal crew 🍏 #hiring #datascience #healthtech #healthai #diagnostics

  • At Junction, we believe hiring is everything. Because right people are the product; they are the strategy. They're what turn hard problems, like fixing healthcare, into reality. We're building infrastructure to make healthcare actually work better - for patients, providers, and everyone in between. The stakes are high, and the work is hard. That's why we're obsessed with building an exceptional team. Who we build with is just as important as what we build. Starting today, we're offering a 💰 $5,000 external referral bonus 💰 to anyone who refers a candidate we hire. Not just employees, not just investors - anyone. If you know someone exceptional who wants to do meaningful work in healthcare, send them our way. Together, let's build the team that raises the bar for what healthcare can be 🚀 https://lnkd.in/ey3gMbuF

We're taking the stage at DHIS next week for one of the most important conversations in healthcare right now. The leaders building digital medicine programs inside health systems are are defining what hybrid care truly requires and how to deliver it. Boris Lipchin, our Head of Product, will be joining that conversation for The Digitally-Enabled Health System: Rebuilding Care Delivery for a Hybrid Future. Boris will be joined by Molly McColl (Advocate Health), John Broach (UMass Memorial Health), Jatin Dave (UPMC Health Plan), and Dan Shields (Ochsner Health) to discuss how health systems are redesigning care delivery, what digital capabilities are becoming essential infrastructure, and what a truly digitally-enabled health system looks like five years from now. As care moves beyond the four walls of a clinic, digital diagnostic infrastructure isn't a nice-to-have. It's the backbone of what makes hybrid care work. We're excited for Boris to bring that perspective to the conversation. Attending DHIS? We'd love to connect. Drop a comment or reach out to schedule time with the team. #DHIS #DigitalHealth #HealthTech #HybridCare https://dhis.net/east
