Kalypso Offshore Energy presented at the Submarine Cables Summit 2026 in Miami, Florida. Kalypso took the stage twice at the event — presenting "Developing a Robust U.S.-Based Subsea Cable Service Industry" and joining industry leaders on the panel "Enhancing Cable Security in a Rapidly Evolving Threat Landscape." The message from both sessions was the same: America is laying subsea cable faster than it can repair it. Data, power, and interconnector cables are converging in U.S. waters. When a cable fails, response is mobilized ad hoc, often from Europe, and every day of outage costs revenue, availability, and resilience. Kalypso's answer: a local, dedicated U.S.-based Jones Act-compliant solution for fast response repair and readiness. Thank you to our fellow panelists, presenters, attendees, and everyone who joined the conversation in Miami. The interest in domestic repair readiness — from developers, telecom operators, and government alike — tells us this industry is ready to close the gap. Get in touch to talk about cable repair and maintenance readiness for your infrastructure and assets. #SubmarineCables #KalypsoOffshore #SubseaCables #OffshoreWind #CableRepair #JonesAct #EnergySecurity #CriticalInfrastructure #SubmarineCablesSummit

After a successful 2025 Offshore Wind Innovation Hub accelerator, we've completed the program — and what a valuable experience it's been for Kalypso. 🌊 Selected from a field of 53 applicants, the 2025 cohort was just six companies. The mentorship, regulatory insight and direct access to developers, utilities and agencies across the U.S. offshore energy value chain have sharpened how we bring our modular subsea cable repair and maintenance solutions to market. A big thank you to Equinor, the Urban Future Lab at NYU Tandon, National Offshore Wind Research & Development Consortium and New York City Economic Development Corporation for running a program that genuinely moves the needle for the companies in it. And a shout-out to our fellow 2025 cohort members — a brilliant group tackling real offshore wind challenges: 🔹 Anemo Robotics — autonomous underwater monitoring for marine biodiversity 🔹 MESPAC — AI and satellite-powered metocean data 🔹 Orpheus Ocean — modular autonomous underwater vehicles for seafloor data 🔹 REBLADE — drone robotics repairing turbine blade edge erosion 🔹 Werover — acoustic + AI monitoring of turbine blades It's been a pleasure sharing the journey with you all. 👏 The OWIH 2026 Call for Innovators is open now, with applications due July 27 — if you're building offshore wind or subsea technology, check out 👉Offshore Wind Innovation Hub to apply. #OffshoreEnergy #SubseaCables #CableRepair #OWIH #Innovation #GridResilience

As 2025 draws to a close, the Kalypso Offshore Energy team reflects on a year of continued momentum, strengthened partnerships, and growing engagement across the offshore energy sector. This year, we remained focused on delivering safe, reliable, and flexible subsea cable installation, maintenance, and repair solutions, while continuing to advance a U.S.-based, modular subsea cable repair capability in close coordination with local ports and suppliers. As the U.S. offshore wind sector transitions from construction into operations, the need for locally based, responsive subsea cable capability will only increase. Kalypso Offshore remains firmly committed to the American market, delivering locally based, Jones Act-compliant subsea cable installation, maintenance, and repair capability. Thank you to our clients, partners, and collaborators for your trust throughout 2025. #OffshoreWind #SubseaCables #JonesAct #EnergyIndependence #KalypsoOffshore #OWIH2025
