We're excited to celebrate the completion of The Union at the Marina, the newest addition to KCL's growing portfolio of multifamily communities now welcoming residents. Even more exciting, this is just one of 35 multifamily projects KCL currently has firm wide in various stages of design and construction across the country. Congratulations to David Pivonka, PE, CTS, on earning his Professional Engineer (PE) license! This is an exciting milestone in David's career, and one that's well deserved. David's role spans both our Arizona Electrical team and our national Technology team, a unique reflection of the breadth of expertise he brings to KCL and the value he adds across disciplines. That perspective gives him a unique understanding of how building infrastructure and technology systems work together. A Professional Engineer license, together with his Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) credential, reflects the depth of expertise he brings to integrated solutions for our clients every day. Congratulations, David! We're proud to have you on the KCL team and excited to celebrate this achievement.

Congratulations to Matthew Johnson, PE on earning his Professional Engineer (PE) license! This achievement is an exciting milestone in a journey defined by hard work and continuous growth. From interning in Des Moines to helping expand our Phoenix office, we're proud of everything he's accomplished and look forward to what's ahead!

KCL is in full summer mode as our interns join offices across the company, gaining real-world experience while contributing to projects alongside our teams. This year, we’re excited to welcome 15 interns across mechanical, electrical, and administration roles as they spend the summer building technical skills, learning from our teams, and getting exposure to real projects and day-to-day collaboration. Welcome to the team, we’re excited to see what this summer brings! 

Our Des Moines KCL team stepped away from the office and onto the job site for one of our favorite annual traditions: Habitat for Humanity’s Adopt a Day. 🔨 🏠 Through these collective efforts, Greater Des Moines Habitat for Humanity is working toward an ambitious goal of helping create 50 homes annually and expanding access to safe, affordable housing for local families. Thank you to everyone who showed up ready to put in the work and represent KCL in our community!

Margaritas and a beer burro. What more could you ask for? This week, our Des Moines office transformed into the KCL Cantina, a small way to celebrate and thank the incredible clients, partners, and friends we have the privilege of working alongside every day. Thank you to everyone who joined us for a little fiesta fun. We're grateful for your trust, partnership, and the opportunity to work together on projects that make a difference. And yes, Pedro the beer burro was every bit as popular as you'd expect.🪇🪅
