When football meets soup season at Resource 🏈🥣 This Friday, our team brought their A-game to the first annual Souper Bowl at Resource Consulting Engineers. From loaded cauliflower to chicken tortilla to beef vegetable, the competition was fierce and the tasting was even better. After rigorous evaluation, we crowned our champion and proved that engineers can design superb buildings and make great soups. The only complaint? Charlie, our Chief Morale Officer , was relegated to spectator status due to some questionable ingredient choices for canine consumption. Next year, Charlie, we promise a bacon-based division! Thanks to everyone who brought their best recipes and appetites. Building better environments starts with building a great team, and days like this remind us why we love working together.

Advancing the Voice of Small Business in Iowa! Yesterday, Resource Consulting Engineers had the privilege of hosting Congressman Zach Nunn at our West Des Moines office for a vital conversation on issues affecting Iowa small businesses. Joining the discussion were five local business owners and alumni of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program.
