In August 2024, it was announced that Viessmann Generations Group, a family-owned operation out of Germany, had entered an agreement to acquire KPS Global from D Cubed Group LLC. KPS Global® is the industry-leading manufacturer of insulated panel systems. Our product is highly adaptable in application for convenience and grocery stores, foodservice, big box retailers, as well as warehouse and industrial enclosures. We have five strategically located manufacturing facilities to serve customers anywhere in the world. We've earned our reputation for manufacturing excellence by creating thousands of custom boxes for retail, industrial and scientific applications. KPSG also has commonly sized walk-in coolers and freezers available to ship in 72 hours. In addition, KPS Global is a supplier of aftermarket parts and replacement equipment including manufactured doors. We sell OEM parts for the most widely used applications at competitive prices. Our knowledgeable parts specialists provide outstanding customer service. Not only does KPS Global provide you with the box and all of the components, we also offer complete installation services. Our experienced project managers handle everything associated with the installation with a single point of contact. KPS Global also has a team of field technicians across the country who can service your equipment on-site. Together, we are working to create a customer first culture. The company was formed in December 2015 by D Cubed Group LLC through the acquisition of Kysor Panel Systems from Manitowoc Company, Inc. and the Hill Phoenix Walk-ins Division from Dover Corporation. Headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas, KPS Global is a privately held company with more than 800 employees.
