As we reflect on the first half of 2026, we are grateful for the people and partnerships behind our progress. We completed a $2 billion fundraising cycle and continued to invest in the support we provide our portfolio companies. We expanded NextLevel Operations with new team members in Product & AI and Talent, launched our Special Operators program, and introduced several new AI initiatives. The most rewarding part of this work remains partnering with ambitious founders and executives as they build enduring businesses. We are thrilled to welcome Ron Yang to the Next Level Operations team as an Operating Partner focused on product strategy and AI. At Level, he will work closely with our portfolio companies to strengthen product strategy, accelerate AI adoption, and help leadership teams build the capabilities needed to scale. Ron brings with him more than two decades of experience building and scaling software companies including at Alpine Software Group and Aha!, where he partnered with software CEOs, built high-performing product teams, and helped scale product organizations.
