Why does disconnected AI experimentation across teams create operational drag? AI experimentation is accelerating across enterprise marketing, but many operating models aren't keeping pace. David Chirakal looks at why this disconnect is making it harder to scale AI across the broader martech ecosystem. The challenge isn't whether teams should experiment. It's whether the organization has the structure to turn experimentation into enterprise capability. ↗️ https://hubs.la/Q04n-4-L0

We are very excited for tomorrow, where we are bringing together senior marketing and growth leaders for a think tank led by Richa Pande, Bethany Holloway, and Andy Hasselwander, for a timely conversation moderated by Joanna Bittle. They'll explore how organizations are evolving their measurement strategies to uncover demand, build preference, and drive growth. Follow along here for key takeaways from the conversation.

Most go-to-market systems don’t fail because they lack data. They fail because they don’t know what to do with it. In this article, Trent Talbert and Britany Straley, MBA explore why signals only create value when they trigger coordinated action, and how signal-driven GTM systems turn insight into momentum across marketing, sales and customer teams. The advantage doesn’t come from having more signals. It comes from knowing what to do next. ↗️ https://hubs.la/Q04mvY7S0

A recent office bake off put the baking skills of our Marlow, UK team to the test, and from a fantastic selection of entries, these creations rose to the top: 🏆 Be Irreplaceable: Hannah Jones for her almond croissant cookies. The judges said they had never tasted something like them. 🏆 Sets the Standard: Sian Church for her jaffa cake cupcakes, the judges’ overall favorite. 🏆 Be Magnetic: Sam Smith for her chocolate cake. The judges loved her floral design made from chocolate buttons and sweets, with chocolate fingers providing the perfect finishing touch. 🏆 Be Adaptable: Nicola Stephens for her gluten-free chocolate cookies. Impressing the judges with two distinct textures, combining a cookie base with a ganache. Congratulations to all our bakers, and thank you to everyone who took part and brought their creativity, skill and a little friendly competition to the table!
