🌟 July Employee Spotlight: Cavonte Davis! 📸 Meet Cavonte, Senior Project Engineer at McFarland Construction! 🏗️ He joined our team in March 2025 and just celebrated his 1-year anniversary with McFarland. Cavonte is from Wilson, NC, and a proud alum of North Carolina A&T State University - Aggie Pride! 🎓 Outside of work, Cavonte loves spending time with family and friends and giving back to his community as a youth leader. "I enjoy helping and encouraging young people," he shares. He's also a big traveler - while he hasn't made it outside the country yet, NYC is his favorite place to visit. Go Giants! 🏈 And when he's not on-site, you'll find him digging through vinyl. "I'm a big music fan and enjoy collecting records. My favorite album is Songs in the Key of Life by Stevie Wonder," Cavonte says. 🎶 Cavonte plays a key role on our Raleigh, NC team.
