  • This week, our best “meetings” didn’t happen in a conference room. They happened in line for a food truck! We welcomed Fortune Cooking with Chef Tom’s Food Truck to our Novi, MI office for an afternoon our team won’t forget! Between the delicious Chinese food and the nonstop laughter, it was the perfect excuse to slow down, connect, and enjoy some seriously great food together. At NMB Technologies Corp., a MinebeaMitsumi Group company, we know that a great workplace is built on more than just great projects: it’s built on moments like these. Team members crossed departments to swap stories, new friendships formed in the lunch line, and the whole office took a well-earned break to simply enjoy each other’s company.   • The real test of a force sensor isn’t the peak reading. It’s what happens when the load comes off.   That’s hysteresis, and it’s one of the biggest factors working against force sensor repeatability.
