As temperatures rise, so do the risks to homeowners. ☀️ Summer brings more than backyard barbecues. Severe summer storms, hail, high winds, and heavy rain can cause increased wear on roofs, gutters, HVAC systems, and landscaping. Now is a great time to encourage clients to complete a few simple maintenance checks that can help reduce preventable claims and protect their homes throughout the season. Here are a few reminders to share: 🏡 Inspect the roof for missing or damaged shingles 🌳 Trim tree limbs away from the home and power lines 🌧️ Clean gutters and downspouts to prevent water damage ❄️ Service the A/C system before peak heat arrives 🔥 Clear debris from around grills, fire pits, and outdoor equipment 💧 Check hoses, outdoor faucets, and irrigation systems for leaks A little proactive maintenance today can help homeowners avoid bigger headaches tomorrow.

Openly's VP of Sales & Marketing, Danielle Clifford, recaps the experience and shares why accountability is what makes ACE such a valuable part of how we build better products and experiences for our agents. Excellence in claims isn't just a goal; it's a commitment. We're honored to share that Openly has been recognized as the PropertyCasualty360’s Insurance Luminaries 2026 Award winner for Excellence in Claims Management. When homeowners experience a loss, the claims experience matters just as much as the policy itself. That's why we're committed to delivering a claims process that's responsive, transparent, and centered on helping people move forward with confidence. This award is a testament to the passion and care our Claims team brings every day, and we're grateful to everyone who made this recognition possible. https://lnkd.in/ebqhVkFD #PC360Luminaries
