    Back from Decasonic's Web3 Investor Day in Chicago. The theme was Investing in Adoption, and it was one of the most encouraging rooms I've been in this year. You could feel the theme in the questions. A room of Web3 investors focused less on the next narrative and more on what actually reaches the real world. For physical AI, that's exactly the kind of capital the field needs. Patient and pointed at adoption rather than hype. Bayley spoke on why not all robotics data is created equal, and why the right data depends entirely on what you're training. The short version: a foundation model that can handle a messy kitchen needs real people completing real tasks to a standard, not just more hours of footage. The other thing I loved: we brought robots. In a room full of pitch decks and panels, the thing people gathered around all day was machines you could actually watch work. A small reminder of something I believe deeply. Nothing sells physical AI like the physical part.   • Adoption of physical AI is not a hardware problem. It is a data problem. That was Bayley's message this week at Decasonic's Web3 Investor Day in Chicago, where PrismaX presented as one of nine showcase companies. The theme of the day was "Investing in Adoption," and for robotics, the honest answer is uncomfortable: better arms and faster processors are not the bottleneck. The data is. As Bayley put it earlier this year: "Everyone is selling robotics data. Most of it isn't what you actually need." The right kind of data depends entirely on what you are training. A foundation model that generalizes to a messy kitchen needs real humans completing real tasks, held to a standard, not more hours of whatever was cheapest to collect. That is the question most teams skip before the check gets cut, and it is the one PrismaX was built to answer. Thanks to the Decasonic team for a sharp room and a good conversation!

This past quarter centered on participation: contributing robotics data, verifying its quality, and getting validated hardware into more operators' hands. Verify Quality is now open to eligible members. Amplifier and Innovator members can apply to become validators, scoring real collection episodes against PrismaX data standards. Selection criteria, scoring rules, and earnings are all documented transparently in the platform. Robot Fleet has been redesigned as a hardware marketplace. Browse PrismaX-validated robots, view full specifications, and purchase directly from the platform. The current lineup: Piper (Agilex Robotics), TOK2 (Airbot), and YAM (I2RT Robotics). Every purchase includes setup and onboarding. Also shipped in Q2: an operator upload pipeline for VLA training data, with resumable uploads and a dedicated dashboard, plus platform hardening across wallet connection, session reliability, and account handling.
