  • 𝐂𝐏𝐆 𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬: California’s SB 54 source reduction deadline is approaching. By August 1, producers are expected to submit Individual Source Reduction Plans outlining how they’ll support California’s requirement to achieve at least 25% plastic source reduction by 2032. For most brands, the opportunity is bigger than incremental lightweighting. In select applications, replacing flexible plastic packaging with heat-sealable paper packaging can support a more meaningful source reduction strategy. ECOVA® paper packaging from Rapids Paper + Packaging is designed to help brands transition from traditional flexible plastic packaging to paper-based structures that are built for real packaging environments. Discover how ECOVA can help you navigate the changing regulatory landscape: https://lnkd.in/g_W3vWJc #plasticfreejuly #paperpackaging #sustainablepackaging #ecova
