  • “From the Pitch” Day 2: Welcome to our series where we’re showing how our field drives results for customers every day. Most sellers start the day the same way. Open their inbox. Figure out who to follow up with. Dig through notes from the last call. Build a list, and start over tomorrow. Jordan LeuVoy's days start differently: "When I start in Rhythm, I execute these until the flames stop." 🔥 That one sentence says everything about where sales is headed. No more deciding what to do or guessing who's worth a call. No more spending the first hour of the day managing your day. Just a prioritized queue of the highest-value actions, built from real buyer signals, and a rep who can go execute them. "I have booked so many more meetings with less emails and I've just had more time in my day to focus on the things I need to do to sell." This is what the modern seller's day looks like when AI handles the noise and humans handle the relationship. Follow along all week as we spotlight more of the finalists from our internal World Cup Demo Challenge. ⚽

AI is changing the math on customer retention, but not in the way most people talk about it. The best CSMs are using AI to understand how customers are really using the product, spot risk earlier, and personalize the experience in ways a standard report never could. That freed-up time goes back into the conversations that actually move the needle and build relationships. The ones falling behind are waiting to see how it plays out. https://lnkd.in/eP62R2xS

  • “From the Pitch” Day 1: Dylan Groce, Mid-Market Account Manager 🏆 Most revenue teams have a visibility problem and an execution problem. According to Dylan: This is the distinction most vendors gloss over. A dashboard handoff means you see the risk in one tool, then manually recreate context in another to act on it. You're doing the work the platform should be doing. One platform means the signal and the action live in the same motion. "Clari is surfacing the risk. Salesloft is executing the play. Same workflow." Follow along all week as we spotlight more of the finalists from our internal World Cup Demo Challenge. ⚽

  • Your pipeline isn't leaking at the top. It's leaking in the middle. Nate Nasralla calls this the complexity tax. Too many frameworks, unclear next steps, and buyers who don't know how to move forward with confidence. The problem is that good deals are slowing down, getting stuck, and quietly dying because the path forward isn't clear for the buyer. If your pipeline looks healthy but the revenue isn't moving, that's probably why. Watch the full Scaling with Simplicity Masterclass to learn how to spot and stop it: https://lnkd.in/gWBfdsfU

  • 3 minutes. That's all it takes to see exactly how much pipeline AI agents could unlock for your team. We built a pipegen calculator so you can stop guessing and start seeing the actual impact AI agents could have on your team. How many meetings could your reps book if buyer research took minutes instead of hours? How much pipeline is sitting on the table right now because cold calls aren't converting? Answer a few questions. Get your number. https://lnkd.in/gpzf5mnk

The best players in the world don't just show up and wing it. They study tape, run drills, and rely on coaches who turn data into game plans — and game plans into wins. 🏆 Sales is no different. We're launching "From the Pitch," a 7-day series spotlighting the finalists from our World Cup Demo Challenge. But this wasn't just an internal competition; it was a challenge to our field to show exactly how they use our platform every single day to drive results for their customers. The teams winning right now have cracked something important: the gap between insight and action is where deals die. When signals from every email, call, and CRM update flow directly into the actions reps take, that’s competitive advantage. We'll be spotlighting our six finalists, each one showing a different dimension of what it looks like when intelligence and execution finally work together. Follow along. Game on. ⚽

  • "Don't give me a handout. Give me an at bat." That's how our CMO Laurie Pratt Ehrbar puts it, and it's one of the clearest takes on what actually moves the needle for women in tech. Laurie sat down with diginomica to talk about her path from financial services to CMO, leading through multiple mergers and acquisitions, and why sponsorship matters a lot more than most companies realize. Her point about sponsorship is worth sitting with: mentorship is great, but the real game-changer is someone talking about you in the rooms you're not in. We're proud to have Laurie leading the way here, and grateful for what we're building with Women in Revenue to support our women throughout the organization. Our SVP of International Sales, Steve Harding, went on a podcast recently and talked about the return to the 1950s seller. His point: the best salespeople of that era showed up with deep customer understanding, genuine time in the field, face-to-face presence, and trust built through expertise. And then somewhere over the last few decades, we got 7-tab workflows and admin overhead that eats 70% of an AE's week. Not to sound all "back in my day," but...back when I first started in sales (photo evidence attached, taken considerably after the 1950s), you knew your accounts cold, you showed up, and you earned the right to the next conversation. Where AI comes in, at least the version we're building toward, is handling all that overhead. The AE who used to spend Monday and Tuesday on CRM hygiene can now spend that time where it always should have been: in front of customers, and building confidence. • 150 tasks waiting for you when you start your day. Every one of them feels important. That's the challenge Steve Harding tackles on The B2B Revenue Executive Experience podcast. He compares modern sales teams to a crowded airport. Every plane has passengers. Every plane has cargo. Every plane matters. But when everything is trying to land at once, you need air traffic control. That's where AI can make the biggest impact. Not by creating more work or surfacing more data, but by helping sellers focus on the right work at the right moment. As Steve puts it: AI can help you figure out which 10 things out of 150 need your attention first. Listen to the full conversation: https://lnkd.in/giFK6bq8
