Innovation at Sargento is about our Products, Processes and most importantly People. On this #FeelGoodFriday, our COO Michael Pellegrino highlights the sense of pride he feels when thinking about what we as a Sargento Family have accomplished together. For more than 70 years, Sargento has been guided by our founder’s belief to ‘Hire Good People and Treat Them Like Family’. That belief continues to shape how we innovate for people today — by recognizing employee contributions, through annual traditions; strengthening our communities with our partnerships with professional sports teams and local nonprofit organizations; and offering meaningful benefits like tuition assistance without time requirements to help people succeed. It’s how we live out our Stakeholder Philosophy of sharing our success with others and build long-term value for the entire Sargento Family. #SargentoFamily | #MostInnovativeCompanies | #Innovation | #cheese

Today is #NationalCheeseDay and we spent our morning celebrating at the Cheese Counter in Plymouth with Kidd O'Shea and TMJ4 News News. Kidd joined us to share a preview of the upcoming Cheese Capital Festival, happening June 26–27 in our hometown, Plymouth, Wis. Dave, one of our licensed Cheese Graders, even walked Kidd through the art and science of grading cheese — and gave him a chance to try it himself! 🧀🤩 Thank you to Kidd and the TMJ4 team for a fun, cheese‑filled morning in the ‘Cheese Capital of the World’. #SargentoFamily #CheeseGrader #cheese

The dairy industry provides more than $52 billion of economic impact in our home state of Wisconsin. That’s thousands of jobs across generations of families, including the #SargentoFamily. We’re also honored to shine a light on our hometown of Plymouth, Wisconsin - the Cheese Capital of the World. Did you know that 14% of all the cheese that flows through the United States flows through Plymouth according to Plymouth, Wisconsin Chamber of Commerce & Visitor Information? June Dairy Month is a filled with great food, fun activities and meaningful traditions in Wisconsin that we will highlight over the next 30 days. cc: International Dairy Foods Association (IDFA),
I’m getting a little extra cheesy for National Dairy Month! 🧀 And in America’s Dairyland, I certainly couldn’t let June go by without melting into the moment. 😉 Tonight, I’m lighting up in celebration of Wisconsin dairy, the makers who keep it grate, and our friends at Sargento Family for sponsoring this extra sharp outfit. 😎 In other dairyland news, Sargento was just named one of the World’s Most Innovative Companies by Fast Company thanks to its 70+ year history of innovation in natural cheese. As the first company to successfully package sliced and shredded cheese, they revolutionized the way America enjoys cheese! 🤩 Headquartered in Plymouth which is known as the Cheese Capital of the World (because 14% of all the cheese that flows through the U.S. comes through Plymouth in Sheboygan County), I'm proud to shine for a Wisconsin-based organization doing so much for their community! I love to see how Sargento makes an impact beyond the cheese aisle, with thousands of hours of company-led community service. Happy Dairy Month, Milwaukee! Curd you believe how good I look? 🤪 FOX6 News Milwaukee WDJT CBS 58 WISN-TV #LightTheHoan #NationalDairyMonth #Cheese #Sargento #TheHoan

As we welcome our early talent to the Sargento Family this week, one of our youngest student employees, Lydia, recently sat down with our Chairman and CEO Louie Gentine. She asks him about leadership and the advice he would give to a new leader. Check out our stories on - @SargentoFamily - to see what our interns are up to! 📚✏️🎓🧀✨ https://lnkd.in/gT9Z6cAQ #SargentoFamily #ThoughtLeadership #cheese #CEO

We also allow our interns to enroll in our 401(k) plan to further set them up for long-term success. This week, they will tour our 5 locations to get a closer look at our business and operations. Our Chairman & CEO Louie Gentine connecting with Fast Company's Editor-in-Chief Brendan Vaughan during the World's Most Innovative Companies gala this week. For us, innovation has always been about our people, processes and products. We constantly think of new ways to add value to our stakeholders' lives: our employees, customers, suppliers and our community. That’s why we do what we do. Since 1953, innovation from Sargento has transformed the natural cheese category, adding $1 billion in growth to the category in the past 5 years alone. We're feeling good this Friday, reflecting on the wonderful celebration in New York City. Thank you, Fast Company, for recognizing the winning, entrepreneurial spirit of our founder, Leonard Gentine, that continues to inspire us today. We consider our business partners across the industry part of the Sargento Family and we welcome any opportunity to connect with them face-to-face. The WESTERN ASSOCIATION OF FOOD CHAINS INC 2026 convention just wrapped in San Antonio - 1322 miles from Wisconsin - but for our Sales and Marketing teams we felt right at home. We spent two days connecting with grocery industry leaders and our peers through meaningful conversations and hands‑on experiences. We brought our corporate values of Innovation, Creativity and Humor and Fun to life through 20+ business partner meetings and hospitality events, including ‘Rowdy at the Ranch and Kids’ Club,’ designed to strengthen relationships and spark dialogue. We proudly support WAFC’s mission to “advance food industry education and develop future leaders.” It builds on our commitment to Career and Personal Development as we help shape the next generation of #CPG leaders.
