  • The best pharmacy partners don't just process claims. They help brokers and employers solve problems before they become crises. At Focus Forward, partners like Katie Harvey from Capital Group Benefits shared that they choose Serve You Rx not just for transparency, but for our proactive approach, smooth transitions, and service that makes renewals easy. Meaningful results come from partners who always look for better answers, not those who simply administer plans. Recent research shows employers value partners who deliver proactive solutions and measurable impact—not just pricing. Serve You Rx’s implementation NPS of 89 reflects our commitment to smooth transitions, cost containment, and giving partners the flexibility to work with any vendor. We're proud to work alongside brokers and consultants who expect more from their PBM and help their clients achieve more because of it. Read more about our implementation NPS: https://okt.to/g0kPc6

  • Health Rosetta's RosettaFest is right around the corner! Be sure to join Serve You Rx CEO, Justin Jasniewski, as he presents "Successor Brand Migration in Plain Sight: One Formulary Change, $250,000 in Savings." Date & Time: Tuesday, July 29 | 2:40 PM – 3:05 PM Location: Volunteer Breakout 1 Session Description: Why are so many plans paying more than $22,000 per fill for medications like Skyrizi when clinically equivalent alternatives can cost a fraction of that? This session explores how manufacturers use successor brand migration to extend patent protection and preserve market share—even after biosimilars become available—and why traditional rebate-driven formularies often reinforce the cycle. Justin will share real-world results from a client that achieved nearly $265,000 in annual savings and a $25.55 PMPM reduction through a strategic formulary change, along with practical questions every broker and plan sponsor should be asking their PBM. If you'll be at RosettaFest, we'd love to connect and continue the conversation about transparent pharmacy benefits and smarter strategies to reduce prescription drug costs. • No two employer groups have the same priorities. So why should they all have the same pharmacy strategy? Some organizations are focused on specialty costs. Others are evaluating GLP-1 coverage. Some want to integrate point solutions. Others need to make plan changes outside of the traditional renewal cycle. The common thread? They need flexibility. That's why we believe employers shouldn't have to adapt to their PBM's business model. Their PBM should adapt to theirs. Our approach allows employers to: • Customize formularies and clinical programs • Integrate preferred point solutions • Make plan changes when business needs change—not just at renewal • Build a pharmacy strategy around their unique goals The best pharmacy benefit isn't the one every employer has. It's the one that's built for yours. #EmployeeBenefits #PBM #HealthBenefits #benefitsstrategy

One of my favorite parts of my job is the opportunity to travel and connect with clients and partners in person. Last week, I had the chance to visit with Omaha Firefighters Healthcare Trust along with The Nitsche Group and Imagine360 to spend time strategizing, collaborating, and strengthening our partnership. While virtual meetings keep us connected, there’s something invaluable about being face-to-face; having meaningful conversations, sharing ideas, and gaining a deeper understanding of how we can best support one another. Strong partnerships are built on trust, communication, and a shared commitment to success. I'm grateful for the opportunity to work alongside organizations like Omaha Firefighters Healthcare Trust and for the relationships that make our work so rewarding.

For years, Humira defined specialty pharmacy spend. Then biosimilars arrived at a fraction of the price. So why hasn’t immunomodulator spend fallen with it? Because utilization didn’t simply move to lower-cost alternatives. It shifted toward newer, heavily marketed products with fresh patent protection and rebate economics that can reward higher-cost choices. The lower-cost options exist. Many formularies still don’t use them. Plenty of PBMs talk about transparency. At RosettaFest, I’m going to talk about results. I’ll break down the successor brand migration playbook, show the actual claims economics, and share how one formulary change reduced a client’s spend by $25.55 PMPM while preserving clinically appropriate options. For brokers and plan sponsors, the question is simple: Did biosimilars lower your total category spend, or did your PBM just allow the spend to move somewhere else? I’ll see you in Nashville. #RosettaFest #Biosimilars #PBM #PharmacyBenefits

  • Ask a benefits broker or advisor if they want transparency. Almost everyone says yes. But our recent research uncovered something surprising: Many brokers believe their clients already have a transparent PBM — even when significant manufacturer revenue remains outside the pass-through arrangement. Transparency isn't about using the word. It's about answering questions like: • Where does manufacturer revenue go? • Who benefits from formulary decisions? • Are incentives aligned with the employer—or the PBM? • Can those economics be verified? Those are the conversations employers are increasingly having. And they're the ones we believe matter most. • Not every biosimilar delivers the same economics. In fact, products treating the same condition can vary dramatically in wholesale acquisition cost. Simply replacing a brand drug with any biosimilar doesn't guarantee the best financial outcome. That's why we evaluate: • True net cost • Clinical appropriateness • Manufacturer relationships • Long-term employer value Because a biosimilar strategy should do more than check a box—it should lower costs in a meaningful way. Have you asked your PBM which biosimilars they prioritize and why? Learn more about our biosimilar strategy and the savings it offers: https://okt.to/CETeiR #Biosimilars #PBM #HealthcareCosts #EmployeeBenefits
