Let us introduce you to David, Human Resources Business Parter at SYGMA. David’s career began in Human Servies, driven by a deep passion for supporting people. That exact same passion naturally guided him toward Human Resources, where he knew he could make an impact on a larger scale. David built a strong HR foundation in the retail and logistics sectors with IKEA Brooklyn and their Distribution Service Office in Southern New Jersey. From there, he launched the first LIDL US Distribution Center in Fredericksburg, VA as their Regional HR Manager among other accomplishments. David brings his experience in operational excellence to empower our people at SYGMA Virginia!   Originally from Upstate New York, he enjoys living and working in Virginia. In his free time, you may find him at a live concert or socializing with friends. Let us introduce you to Jack, Vice President General Manager at SYGMA Virginia since February. A seasoned operations professional, he brings 32 years of diverse experience across wholesale grocery, specialty grocery, alcohol distribution, and light manufacturing.   Jack and his wife, Denise, of 30 years share four children and four grandchildren. Although they have lived all over the map, they consider Texas home.
