I’ve officially been in the Executive Director seat at Impact Housing Indiana for a short time now, and honestly? The work we are doing here gives me goosebumps every single day. We believe that getting the keys to an affordable apartment shouldn't be the finish line, it should be the starting line. At Impact Housing, our goal is to make sure stable housing is a solid foundation, not a ceiling. We do this by bringing free, holistic, wraparound support services directly to the residents living in The Annex Group communities. We aren't just here to help people survive; we want to see them absolutely thrive. It’s what we call the relentless pursuit of enriching lives. Getting to wake up and be part of that mission is an incredible privilege. Right now, it's time to build the framework to help residents remove barriers and connect them with the resources they need to reach their personal and professional goals. But the best part is that we are just getting started. Over the next 12 months, we are hitting the gas. We will be expanding our reach and launching these wraparound services at even more of The Annex Group’s affordable housing communities. More communities means more families supported, and I couldn't be more excited about the road ahead. I can’t wait to share more real stories from our neighborhoods and updates on our growth over the coming months.
