Employee Spotlight: meet Michelle! 🤩 Michelle joined Vernon in April as the Director of Corporate Programs. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying involved in her community and exploring Iowa's extensive trail system by bike, including RAGBRAI. She's passionate about mentoring and education, volunteering with Junior Achievement. Michelle has enjoyed her time at Vernon so far, saying, “Everyone has been welcoming, supportive and generous. I'm excited to be part of a family-owned organization that genuinely cares about its employees and customers.” We're so grateful to have Michelle on our team! #VernonVibe

One of my favorite moments of ASI Chicago wasn’t just hearing that Vernon was recognized as one of ASI’s Counselor Top 40 Distributors—it was what came afterward. A group of us headed to The Wieners Circle to celebrate someone who meant so much to our Vernon family: Norman Cohn. If you knew Norman, you knew his love of hot dogs. 😊 It felt like the perfect way to honor his memory—with great people, lots of laughter, and a few Chicago dogs. Recognition is always meaningful, but the relationships and traditions we build along the way are what stay with us.
