How much business capacity is your organization consuming every year just to validate software changes? Every major application change triggers a familiar pattern: Finance checks invoices, HR validates employee workflows, Procurement tests purchasing scenarios, Operations verifies critical processes. None of these people are part of the testing organization. Yet collectively, they often represent the largest and most expensive testing workforce in the enterprise. As transformation programs accelerate and AI becomes embedded into more business processes, asking domain experts to manually validate every release simply doesn't scale. The question isn't whether business users should be involved, they absolutely should. How can we preserve their expertise while eliminating the repetitive work? This is exactly why I believe Agentic Testing will fundamentally change enterprise software delivery, not by replacing business users, but by allowing them to focus on exceptions and business decisions instead of repetitive validation.
