"Community building starts from day one." The creator economy isn't defined by platforms, it's defined by authentic relationships. Oren Rosenbaum, Co-Head of United Talent Agency Creators, explains why the most successful creators bring their audiences along for the journey, and why brands are finally recognising the true power of the creator ecosystem. 🎞️ Watch the full interview below. #CNBCBrandStudio #CannesLions #Marketing #AI #CMONOW

"There should never be a moment where you think you've tweaked something to absolute perfection." The best marketing doesn't end when a campaign goes live, it starts there. United Talent Agency's Donna Sharp spoke to us about what brands can learn from creators: continuously listening, testing and responding to audiences rather than treating campaigns as one-and-done moments. 🎞️ Watch the full interview below. #CNBCBrandStudio #CannesLions #Marketing #AI #CMONOW

  • Happy #NationalInternDay from UTA! From day one, our interns across UTA, Digital Brand Architects, and KLUTCH SPORTS GROUP, LLC brought fresh perspectives, curiosity, kindness, and energy to every project and conversation. To celebrate the end of the program, this year's intern class created a "Pass the Phone" video highlighting the people, moments, and connections that made their summer unforgettable. Thank you to our incredible interns for everything you've contributed. Your hard work, enthusiasm, and passion have made a lasting impact, and we can't wait to see where your careers take you next!

  • Winston Duke has signed with UTA for representation in all areas. The Tobago-born, Brooklyn, NY-raised Duke rose to fame as M'Baku in Marvel Studios' “Black Panther.” The fan-favorite character evolved from leader of the Jabari Tribe and rival to T'Challa into one of Wakanda's most trusted allies, ultimately becoming its king in “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.” Duke will reprise the role in “Avengers: Doomsday” this December. It was also announced at San Diego Comic-Con that he will return for Ryan Coogler's “Black Panther 3,” slated for release in December 2028. Beyond acting, Duke is expanding his work as a producer through Papa Bois Productions, his banner dedicated to developing documentary, television, and feature film projects that elevate distinctive voices and globally resonant stories. https://lnkd.in/gzjTPpTx

  • "Attention has always been one of marketing's most valuable assets. Brands invest enormous resources to earn it, measure it, and sustain it. What has changed is what attention is actually worth." UTA's Selene Ng (Senior Vice President, Growth) writes on the new calculus of attention: How winning brands earn it, maintain it, and turn it into long-term brand value. Read her piece here ⬇️

We often talk about attention as if it's the ultimate KPI. What if the biggest mistake in marketing today is overvaluing it? The exchange rate of attention has shifted. Brands can still buy impressions, but can these translate to cultural relevance? Here's my perspective on why brands winning today are rethinking how to invite their audiences to carry an idea into their own communities through relevance, trust and participation. I'd love to hear your thoughts.

  • We’re thrilled to welcome Laufey to UTA! UTA will represent Laufey globally in all areas, including live touring, media, filmed entertainment, and brand partnerships. The two-time GRAMMY winner has sold out arenas across North America, the U.K., Europe, Asia, and Oceania. She’s amassed 7 billion streams and released a New York Times bestselling children’s book. Her latest album, “A Matter of Time,” earned her a second Grammy and peaked at No. 4 on the Billboard 200. She’s also a TIME Woman of the Year, and the leader of a devoted global fanbase. • To celebrate the 30th anniversary of Jamiroquai’s iconic “Virtual Insanity” music video, Beefeater partnered with frontman Jay Kay to recreate the legendary visual as part of its new “Get More with Beefeater 0.0%” campaign. The spot— which surpassed 2 million Instagram views in less than 24 hours and is still climbing—reimagines the video’s famous moving-floor sequence before revealing that the object Jay Kay has been reaching for all along is a Beefeater 0.0% drink, opening the door to new rooms, adventures, and experiences. By reviving one of the most recognizable music videos of the 1990s, the campaign has struck a chord with audiences, generating widespread positive sentiment, strong engagement, and viral momentum across social media. UTA’s London and Music Brand Partnerships teams, including Anna Gregorek (Senior Director of MBP and Strategy), were central to making this campaign a reality. • UTA is excited to announce we have signed DJ, music producer, model, and television personality Bryce Alakai for global representation in all areas. Alakai had a breakout turn as the winner of “Love Island” Season 8, where he emerged as one of the season’s most compelling and widely discussed personalities. Since the finale, he has continued to build an increasingly engaged global audience, reaching nearly three million followers across Instagram and TikTok. With new music, live performances, and additional projects on the horizon, Alakai enters this next chapter with significant momentum across entertainment, music, and culture. UTA will work to secure opportunities across live touring, digital content, brand partnerships, strategic business ventures, and additional entertainment opportunities. 📷: Jack O’Connor https://lnkd.in/gmBZWqRT
