AgReserves, Inc. is seeking a team-oriented and analytical FP&A Analyst to join our corporate Finance team!
Summary:
The Financial Analyst I role supports financial planning and analysis by gathering data, creating reports, and helping forecast business performance.
Responsibilities:
Collect and review financial data (expenses, revenue, budgets).
Help prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
Assist with forecasting and basic financial models.
Research economic trends (inflation, interest rates, etc.).
Identify basic trends and explain findings. Support budgeting and financial planning activities.
Ensure financial data is accurate and complete.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar required, working toward Masters a plus.
1+ year of experience (or strong internship experience).
Basic Excel skills (formulas, tables, data analysis).
Exposure to ERP systems (e.g., Infor) a plus.
Basic familiarity with Power BI or Tableau a plus.
Understanding of finance/accounting concepts (GAAP fundamentals).
Strong attention to detail and organization.
Good communication skills.
