GQR – Recruitment Specialist – Healthcare

GQR is growing our high-performance contract recruitment team within our NYC Office. We’re hiring a recruiter to focus on placing acute care clinicians, including RN and Allied professionals, into short and long term assignments at our hospital partners nationwide.

This is a 180 recruiting role with total candidate ownership. Our Account Managers drive client relationships and job flow, so you can focus on what you do best: finding, closing, and redeploying top clinical talent.

The Opportunity:

• Hunt, source, and engage high-quality acute care clinicians for short-term contracts
• Build deep pipelines of RNs and Allied professionals ready to move quickly
• Match, submit, and close candidates on open hospital roles across the U.S.
• Drive speed and volume throughout the recruitment cycle, including interviews, offers, and starts
• Partner closely with Account Managers to prioritize high-impact roles
• Create repeat business by building strong relationships and providing strong candidate experience

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of staffing or agency recruiting experience, healthcare preferred
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence. You know how to create urgency, build trust, and secure commitments
• Proven success meeting and exceeding KPIs in a production-driven recruiting environment
• Competitive, accountable, coachable, and confident working in a high-performance environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships quickly
• Comfort with a fast-moving desk, changing priorities, and the highs and lows of staffing
