The Role

We’re looking for a Manager of Production to lead day-to-day execution across a high-volume pipeline of video projects.

This role is responsible for driving performance through a team of Producers—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at a consistently high standard. You’ll act as the operational backbone of production, bringing structure, accountability, and momentum to every project in flight.

What You’ll Do

Own Project Execution

• Oversee execution across all active video production projects
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope
• Identify internal project bottlenecks early and step in to keep projects on track

Drive Team Performance

• Manage and develop a team of Producers
• Set clear expectations around timelines, quality, and output
• Coach for consistency, urgency, and operational discipline
• Address performance gaps quickly and effectively

Manage Throughput & Capacity

• Balance workloads across the team to maintain consistent output
• Ensure projects are progressing in line with internal timelines and SLAs
• Remove bottlenecks and improve overall production velocity

Enforce Process & Standards

• Maintain high standards for project planning, documentation, and execution
• Ensure workflows are followed consistently across all projects
• Create visibility into project status and team performance

Collaborate Cross-Functionally

• Partner with Creative, Customer Success, and Post-Production teams
• Align execution with creative vision and customer expectations
• Ensure smooth handoffs across all stages of production

What You Bring

• 8+ years of experience in video production, project management, or operations
• 3+ years managing high-performing teams
• Understanding of production workflows (pre-production through post)
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
• Clear, direct communicator who can drive accountability
• Experience in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary: $125,000 - $150,000
