Our client is seeking an experienced Project/Construction Manager to support facility projects involving Building Management Systems (BMS). Candidates with a strong plant utilities background will also be considered.
Responsibilities:
Manage facility and construction projects related to BMS infrastructure.
Coordinate contractors, schedules, and project execution.
Oversee installation, commissioning, and startup activities.
Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Work closely with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing industrial or facility construction projects.
Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS), HVAC controls, or automation systems.
Plant utilities experience (steam, chilled water, compressed air, etc.) is a plus.
Strong communication and project coordination skills.
