What You’ll Do
Be a trusted partner to local communities – Serve as the primary point of contact for municipal clients across Northeast Ohio, building strong, lasting relationships
Lead impactful projects – Take projects from early planning through design and construction, managing scope, schedule, and budget with confidence
Work locally, make a difference locally – Support infrastructure improvements that directly impact communities in and around Mentor
Collaborate across disciplines – Lead and coordinate internal teams and subconsultants to deliver high-quality results
Be visible and influential – Prepare proposals, attend public meetings, and represent the team in front of community stakeholders
Develop people and process excellence – Support team growth through mentorship and help drive QA/QC practices that ensure top-tier delivery
What You Bring
Professional Engineer (PE) license in Ohio (or ability to obtain)
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
4+ years of experience in municipal or civil infrastructure projects
Strong client relationship skills and a service-oriented mindset
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
A proactive, team-first attitude with a desire to take ownership
Experience with municipal infrastructure projects (planning, funding, design, or construction)

Salary Range
The starting salary for this position is $100,000, with final compensation determined based on qualifications, experience, and licensing status.
