What You’ll Do
✅ Lead & mentor high-performing GMs across multiple destination offices
✅ Jump in where needed — including acting GM — to ensure company and client success
✅ Drive revenue, profitability, and operational excellence with daily visibility
✅ Partner directly with the COO to influence national strategy & expansion
✅ Build culture, develop leaders, and scale performance across regions
✅ Represent RMC with top-tier clients, luxury partners, and industry executives
