About the Role
Logile is seeking a Solution Consultant to join our Delivery team and help leading retailers optimize workforce management, labor planning, and store operations through innovative software solutions. In this role, you will partner directly with customers throughout the implementation lifecycle, helping them improve operational efficiency, enhance workforce performance, and achieve successful adoption of Logile’s solutions. You will serve as a trusted advisor, working closely with customer stakeholders to understand business challenges, configure and validate solutions, provide training and support, and drive successful project outcomes. This position is ideal for individuals with experience in workforce management, labor planning, retail operations, SaaS implementation, industrial engineering, or consulting who enjoy solving complex business problems and working directly with customers. As a Solution Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work across multiple solution areas, including Workforce Management, Labor Planning, Operational Excellence, Store Execution, Inventory Management, Forecasting, Scheduling, and Time & Attendance.
Responsibilities:
Customer Implementation & Consulting
- Lead and support customer software implementation projects from discovery through go-live.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in workforce management, labor planning, forecasting, scheduling, time and attendance, store execution, inventory management, and operational excellence solutions.
- Partner with customers to understand business requirements and recommend effective solutions.
- Configure, test, validate, and troubleshoot software solutions to support customer objectives.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and solution reviews with customer stakeholders.
- Provide guidance on best practices, process improvement, and operational optimization.
Project Delivery
- Own assigned project workstreams and deliverables from planning through execution.
- Manage multiple customer engagements while maintaining high-quality deliverables and meeting project timelines.
- Identify risks, challenges, and customer concerns and proactively drive resolution.
- Collaborate closely with project teams, customer stakeholders, and cross-functional partners to ensure successful outcomes.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and serve as a strategic advisor throughout the implementation process.
- Navigate complex customer situations with professionalism, transparency, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Deliver presentations, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders at all levels.
Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to the development of implementation best practices and delivery standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer adoption, operational performance, and overall customer experience.
- Support knowledge sharing and collaboration across the Delivery team.

- Building strong customer relationships and becoming a trusted advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Helping customers improve workforce management, labor planning, and operational performance through effective solution adoption.
- Managing multiple priorities while maintaining accountability, communication, and attention to detail.
- Demonstrating initiative, problem-solving ability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Required
- 3+ years of experience in workforce management, labor planning, retail operations, SaaS implementation, business process improvement, consulting, or a related field.
- Experience working directly with customers in a consulting, implementation, project delivery, or customer-facing role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional and global teams.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 75% as required.
Preferred
- Experience with workforce management, labor forecasting, scheduling, time and attendance, labor modeling, budgeting, or engineered labor standards.
- Experience supporting retail, grocery, convenience, hospitality, supply chain, or other labor-intensive operational environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience implementing SaaS software solutions.
