Description
The Superintendent will oversee all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking through project completion, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include managing subcontractors, coordinating daily site operations, maintaining project schedules, conducting safety meetings, and partnering closely with the Project Manager to deliver successful projects. Current assignments include $60M-$240M ground-up multifamily and senior living developments across the San Fernando Valley, Pasadena, Los Angeles, Orange County, and the Inland Empire.
Profile
8+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor
Ground-up multifamily experience preferred
Experience with senior living, mixed-use, podium, or large commercial projects is a plus
Proven success leading projects valued at $40M+
Strong scheduling, coordination, quality control, and safety leadership skills
Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, and Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
