Last week, I had the opportunity to facilitate a session at the UN Trade and Development eTrade for Women in Nairobi. The program brought together women digital entrepreneurs from across English-speaking Africa. We spoke openly about the difficult parts of scaling: deciding what to stop doing, changing how the company operates, and the team and leadership dynamics required at each growth stage.
