At Agentis, our mission has always been simple: make world-class longevity care accessible. Most people don't know what's available to them. They don't know that the protocols used by the highest performers in the world are within reach. They just need someone to show them the door. This Saturday, our founder and CEO Jimmy St Louis joining Ben Greenfield on his podcast, and they're announcing a partnership between Agentis and Boundless that is directly tied to that mission. Ben has spent his career translating the most advanced science in human performance and longevity into something people can actually use. That's exactly what Agentis does at the clinic level. Together, we can reach and serve far more people than either of us could alone. Longer lives. Healthier lives. Built on protocols that work, delivered by people who care. Tune in Saturday. We'll share the link when the episode is live.

Something big is launching this weekend and I wanted to share it with my network. Arete Wellness is featured on the Ben Greenfield podcast to announce our partnership with Boundless and the launch of our Longevity Quotient. If you are not familiar with Ben, he is one of the most widely followed voices in human performance and longevity. A New York Times bestselling author and longtime podcaster, Ben has spent decades making the most advanced science in health and optimization accessible to everyday people. His reach is global and his audience is exactly the kind of people who take their health seriously. The LQ is a personalized longevity score built from your own biomarker data: hormones, metabolics, cardiovascular health, cognitive function, and more. From that score, you get a 12-week protocol calibrated by our clinical team to your specific biology and your specific starting point. This is not a generic plan. This is your own personal protocol for living a longer, healthier, happier life. The episode drops June 27th on all platforms. Tune in on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or YouTube. 🚀 Orta'Know Podcast | Episode 5 | Coming 3rd August! We're joined by Chris Conlon, CEO of Autumna, for a great conversation about technology in social care, importance of quality and regular inspections. "Good software in a care home is vital." We couldn't agree more. Working smarter, not harder, gives care home managers more time to focus on what really matters - supporting their teams and delivering outstanding care. Imagine saving hours every week on admin and using that time to improve your service, support your staff, and work towards an even better CQC rating. That's exactly what Orta is designed to help you do. Hearing Chris's ideas was refreshing, and we are excited to see whats to come! Don't miss this!

Being heard starts with being yourself. For some individuals, finding a voice that reflects who they are can be life-changing. In this episode of Well Within Reach, Camille Joly, Licensed Speech Therapist at Riverside Healthcare, discusses gender-affirming voice therapy and how it helps people build confidence, authenticity, and connection through communication. Andy is so right in what he's saying here. One thing I'd completely agree with is that our children don't just listen to what we say—they watch what we do. If we're constantly checking our phones, scrolling through social media or struggling to put our own devices down, it's much harder to expect our children to have healthy screen habits. We have to model the boundaries we want them to learn. We also have family rules, like no phones at the dinner table, so technology doesn't get in the way of spending quality time together. One of the tools we use in our house is FamiSafe. It helps us set screen time limits, schedule downtime, apply age-appropriate controls, and provides features that help us keep our daughter safe online. It can alert us to things like explicit content and other potential online risks, giving us peace of mind while still allowing her to develop independence. At certain times, her devices will just stop working. You'll find my FamiSafe affiliate link in the comments below. There's a free trial if you'd like to see whether it's a good fit for your family, and after that it's less than £1 a week. If you choose to sign up using my link, we'll receive a small commission at no extra cost to you. Running the Parenting Autism & ADHD podcast takes a huge amount of time, software, equipment, editing and production costs, so every bit of support genuinely helps us keep creating free content for families. I'd also highly recommend Andy's resources. He's been a fantastic mentor to me, and I've seen first-hand how his books, tools and mentoring programmes have helped business owners at all stages of their journey. Finally, a huge thank you in advance to anyone who signs up using my link—not only for taking another step towards keeping your children safer online, but also for helping us keep the podcast going. It really does make a difference, and I'm genuinely grateful. Arigato! 🙏

One of the biggest mistakes we make when discussing screen time is treating it as a children's issue rather than a family issue. Young people learn behavioural norms through observation. If we want them to develop healthy digital habits, we need to model healthy digital habits ourselves. In today's Able to Care Podcast episode, I discuss how creating a shared family approach to technology can be far more effective than relying solely on restrictions or punishments. Rather than focusing on control, we should be focusing on capability, self-regulation, and digital literacy. Questions worth considering: What screen habits are we modelling? Are our boundaries consistent? What behaviours are we unintentionally reinforcing? How can we create healthier digital routines together? 🎧 The full episode is available now: https://lnkd.in/e5duvXac If you'd like a free Home Electronics Plan and Family Commitment Tool, comment "SCREEN"

Here's how we turned one podcast episode into a thread that did 547k impressions, 80+ inbound leads and 6 booked calls in 24 hours. The exact process, step by step: [BOOKMARK THIS] Step 1: Pick a proven format First we searched 𝕏 for what already performs in the niche (heart health), saving every post clearing 1,000 likes. For the heart health niche, that was threads. Step 2: Write the hook tweet first Always complete the hook tweet first, then let the thread write itself. Typically, hooks will lead with guest's hardest credential, then the promise, then point 1 as a teaser at the end. Step 3: Complete the rest of the thread There are 3 types of threads you can write: 1) Story 2) Value-based 3) Listicle/informational This one is a listicle, but you'll write your thread based on what you thinks works best. Step 4: The TLDR outperformed most of the thread 26 retweets. 180 likes. On a recap tweet. People share bite-sized versions of things they found useful, because it makes them look useful too. Every share drags the whole thread back up the feed. Step 5: Then, and only then, a soft CTA No hard pitch, just an invitation to book a call with him. That single thread produced 80+ inbound leads and 6 booked calls inside 24 hours. Value, recap, video, then the ask. Always in that order.

Your billing team isn’t the source of your denials. Most owners and executives look at the back office when revenue stalls, but that is only where the symptoms appear. The actual break happens in the front office or during the delivery of care. This clip is a small slice of a much larger look at identifying root causes rather than just treating indicators. Catch the whole conversation with Thomas John and guest host Matthew Harrington, BCBA on BehaviorLive (https://lnkd.in/gW3KraGc) or wherever you listen to your podcast, just look for the Inside ABA C.A.R.E.S. pod. You can meet the Plutus Health Inc. team at the ABA C.A.R.E.S. Summit, August 4th to 7th. Register at https://lnkd.in/gzkGZ4ia #CARES26

Sometimes, the biggest insights don’t come from one headline. They come from listening to an entire conversation. When we sat down with Nicola Goodberry Kenneally , CEO of Community Pharmacy West Yorkshire (CPWY) , we talked about the future of community pharmacy, and one thing became clear: The profession isn’t standing still. From the biggest NHS funding uplift to the expansion of Independent Prescribing through Pharmacy First, the landscape is changing. Community pharmacies are also being challenged to think beyond dispensing and explore new ways to deliver value to their communities. We have pulled together five key takeaways from the episode, but they are only part of the conversation. Which of these stands out to you the most? 🎙️ Catch the full episode on YouTube, Spotify, or wherever you listen to podcasts.
