35% of Life Sciences employees plan to leave within the next six months. Our 2026 Life Sciences Global HR Trends Report shows this sits alongside sustained demand for specialised skills and growing pressure on workforce continuity. Pay, benefits and flexibility are the strongest drivers of movement, not dissatisfaction with the sector itself. Retention is becoming a structural issue, not a short-term fix. 👉 Download the report: https://lnkd.in/eWZkZEWc #GiLifeSciences #GiGroupHolding #HRTrends #TalentRetention

Most higher ed institutions don't know where their salaries actually sit until someone leaves. By then, it's too late. The offer letter from a peer institution is already $15K higher. The retention conversation is already over. The board is already asking why turnover is up. Defensible compensation data isn't a nice-to-have. It's the difference between proactive workforce planning and reactive damage control. What HR leaders actually need: → Verified data, not survey averages from two years ago → Individual salary-level visibility, not aggregated bands → On-demand peer comparison, not annual reports → COLA adjustments built in, not calculated on the side That's what Acadexis was built to do. Higher ed specific. Continuously updated. Designed for the conversations CHROs are actually having with their boards. If your current benchmarking source can't tell you where you stand against peers this week, it can't help you make the decisions you'll be defending next quarter. Visit us online if you want to see how your institution compares.

📊 Survey Results Are In! While compensation was the top factor respondents associated with growth, “more influence with decisions” came in a close second, which is an encouraging insight for companies that can’t always compete on pay alone. This suggests that involving key employees in meetings, seeking their input, and showing them a clear path to greater responsibility can be just as powerful for retention. While staying competitive with market compensation still matters, these results highlight that growth opportunities beyond salary can strongly impact top talent without significantly increasing costs. How is your organization currently creating opportunities for employees to have more influence and ownership? #survey #growth #career #careergrowth #surveysays

Pay equity is one of the most important issues in organizational fairness. It is also one of the hardest to maintain without the right data infrastructure. Salary ranges set by market benchmarks. Individual offers shaped by negotiation pressure. Annual raises applied inconsistently across teams. Promotional increases negotiated differently depending on who asks — and how confidently they ask. Over 5–10 years, small discretionary differences compound into significant pay gaps — often correlated with gender, ethnicity, or other characteristics that should have no bearing on compensation. AI compensation tools continuously audit the entire payroll against role requirements, performance data, market benchmarks, and demographic variables — surfacing equity gaps before they become legal exposure or retention crises. They also model the cost of correction, allowing organizations to build structured remediation plans that are financially realistic rather than theoretically aspirational. Pay equity is not just the right thing to prioritize. In a talent market where candidates ask about it directly and employees compare notes, it is a measurable competitive advantage. Does your organization have real-time visibility into whether your compensation is genuinely equitable? #PayEquity #HRtech #CompensationStrategy #DEI #FutureOfWork

The labor market has entered a new era of recalibration. Korn Ferry reports that two out of five white-collar workers who changed jobs in late 2025 accepted pay cuts of more than 10%, while Indeed Hiring Lab says employers are driving productivity growth without significantly expanding headcount. Together, these trends point to a workforce landscape where companies are prioritizing efficiency and workers are prioritizing stability. May’s Workforce Optics breaks down what this means for compensation strategy, retention, hiring, and workforce planning in a slower-growth economy.
