The answer is actually pretty simple: if your practice isn't growing, it's time to look under the hood. One of the goals we set for every Top 10 Practice client is making every year their new best year, measured by collections so when a practice stabilizes, normalizes, or plateaus, that's the signal. Not that something's broken, but that something needs to evolve. Systems that worked when you were a solo doctor producing $1.2–$1.4M a year won't automatically carry you once you add a second doctor. They have to be revisited. Refined. Enhanced. Turbocharged. This is work we do continuously with our clients at Top 10 Practice, because the systems that got you here aren't always the ones that get you there. If your growth has plateaued, ask yourself: is it the market or is it the systems?
