Every two minutes, someone is diagnosed with Melanoma. Every 10 minutes somebody dies from the disease. It's one of the world's most aggressive cancers and it disproportionately affects younger people. And if we think about skin cancer as a whole, it's by far the most common cancer, with six diagnosed every minute just in Europe alone. Melanoma is a particularly aggressive cancer. It drops down to a survival rate of about 30% by the time that it gets to the late stages. And that's after billions of dollars in a decade of advancements in late stage cancer treatments. So it seems so obvious to me that if we're gonna solve this problem, it's not about making better late stage cancer treatments. It's about improving access at the front door so that more patients are able to get the checks they need, but we're able to prioritize the ones who need to be in the healthcare system. But to do that, you need a test that's very sensitive for finding cancer, but it also needs to make sure that it doesn't over refer healthy people into the health system, swamping the health system. And so that's what I'm here to announce today. We're incredibly proud of the fact that we've built a system that is able to do that. Today we're launching Derm 0. It's the world's first Class 3 autonomous skin cancer assessment that can run on a standard smartphone. It has the same high sensitivity for finding skin cancer as our original version and that's been proven on more than 20, 000 cancers now. And now we're able to deliver that technology on the device that's already in your pocket.
