Last Thursday I was at the 2026 Wisconsin Technology Council Summit at Oshkosh Corporation's Headquarters, speaking on a Startup Sessions panel about AI in healthcare alongside a strong group of operators. AI is not the hard part anymore. Execution is. Most teams do not have a modeling problem. They have a coordination problem. Data lives in too many places. Systems do not talk to each other. Decisions get slowed by handoffs between science, development, and manufacturing. That is where things actually break. And it is where the biggest opportunity is if you can get it right.
