Energy policy isn’t theoretical - it shows up on the grid. Next week at Nashville Energy & Mining Summit at Bitcoin Park, Will Paul (Policy Lead, Block) will sit down with Zack Cohen from Bitcoin Policy Institute and Michael Sullivan from White Oak Strategies to talk through what it takes to align regulation and energy optimization in the real world.

Bitcoin mining can actually lower electricity prices for consumers and stimulate green energy. Why? 1) Mining absorbs excess capacity during off-peak hours, which subsidizes residential users. 2) Mining provides demand for intermittent power sources like wind and solar.

🟧 PARTNERSHIP ANNOUNCEMENT🟧 We are pleased to announce a new joint venture between Quantum Expeditions and Oil Field Apes, operating as ApeXpeditions. Oil Field Apes bring deep, field tested expertise in off grid Bitcoin mining powered by stranded natural gas. Their experience spans oil and gas operations, gas integrity management, and maintaining reliable production in extreme conditions. This partnership strengthens our operational resilience, reduces execution risk, and enhances operational execution across energy and mining infrastructure. It deepens our roadmap and reinforces our position in scalable, off grid Bitcoin mining. Join us this Monday for Monday Night Bitcoin, where we will formally introduce Oil Field Apes and give the community the opportunity to hear directly from the team and ask questions live. Energy aligned. Infrastructure strengthened. Execution sharpened. https://lnkd.in/eu4WafyF

Bitcoin mining is converging with industrial energy standards. As deployment scales, thermal management stops being optional. It becomes a system requirement. The industry is inheriting infrastructure patterns that have governed refineries and energy facilities for decades. This shift isn’t aspirational. It’s structural. SATOKIE builds for that reality.

Bitcoin and crypto mining facilities have become the primary driving force behind clean energy initiatives, power infrastructure development, and the construction of new transmission lines across multiple states. Large mining facilities are often built where power is abundant, underused, or difficult to monetize. Renewable generation. Stranded energy. Regions far from major demand centers. Without a consistent buyer, much of that energy would never get developed. Mining changes the economics. By providing predictable, large-scale demand, miners help justify new power plants, transmission upgrades, and grid expansion. That investment does not stop at the facility fence line. It strengthens local infrastructure and supports broader community access to energy. When there is a clear economic use for excess power, infrastructure gets built. When infrastructure gets built, more clean and reliable energy becomes available to everyone. Mining just happens to be the catalyst making those projects viable at scale.

⚡️ The Next Milestone for Green Mining DAO Our facility in Paraguay is approaching its next operational benchmark, with total Bitcoin production exceeding 15 BTC. As GM3 scales, this milestone highlights an infrastructure setup powered entirely by renewable hydropower, with a smart, circular heat reuse system ready to go live soon. With over 99% average connected uptime in December, the site continues to demonstrate stable operation under local conditions. What we are building goes beyond a single mining figure. It reflects an infrastructure approach focused on clean energy use, efficient operation, and scalability in Paraguay. Learn more about us: https://lnkd.in/e7FVXtm2

This is one of the most expensive mistakes an oil and gas Bitcoin mining operator could make. Skipping a thorough site and ROI assessment. Here's what can happen when you skip this critical step: ❌ You invest in a 360kW generator but your site only produces enough gas for 180kW (wasting half your capital on unusable capacity) ❌ Untested gas destroys your $500k generator ❌ Your financial projections are wildly inaccurate These are all preventable problems. Instead, you need smart, customized capital deployment for your natural gas Bitcoin mining operation to: ✅ Match your equipment investment to your actual gas capacity ✅ Identify and fix gas quality issues that would damage generators ✅ Know your total investment and payback timeline (typically around 22 months with modern hardware at current Bitcoin prices) With a proper site and ROI assessment, you can capture $5+ per mcf from your underutilized, stranded, or wasted gas. 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐭'𝐬 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐮𝐞 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐠𝐚𝐬 𝐞𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐛𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐝, 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐧𝐨 𝐩𝐢𝐩𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬, 𝐨𝐫 𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐝 𝐚𝐭 𝐚 𝐟𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐩𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞. But only if you build on a solid foundation. The operators who skip this step will learn expensive lessons after they've already committed the capital. The ones who do this right will build an off-grid Bitcoin mining operation that runs reliably and hits profitability faster. The upfront work pays for itself.

Bitcoin mining landscape just shifted! Soluna's 83 MW Project Kati 1 in South Texas is now energizing its first phase, pushing the company's total compute capacity past 200 MW. This significant expansion, operating on renewable wind energy, brings 3.5 EH/s of new hashrate online, reinforcing the trend towards sustainable, large-scale infrastructure. With a modular approach designed for rapid deployment, Project Kati 1 also highlights the growing flexibility of data centers to support both Bitcoin mining and AI/HPC workloads. With Soluna's 3.5 EH/s of new hashrate gradually coming online, particularly through Q2 and Q3 of 2026, we can anticipate moderate downward pressure on hashprice as network difficulty adjusts to absorb this increased capacity. The strategic focus on renewable energy, however, underscores continued investment in robust, cost-efficient mining operations capable of navigating evolving market conditions. As new hashrate comes online, optimizing your operational strategy is key. Explore how the Lumerin Hashpower Marketplace offers a simpler, more flexible way to secure or monetize hashrate in this dynamic environment. https://lnkd.in/dPaEGaBp #BitcoinMining #RenewableEnergy #Hashrate #Soluna #Crypto
