Designed as part of the town’s ongoing seaport redevelopment vision, this project transforms a formerly underutilized waterfront property into a vibrant coastal destination focused on modern living, outdoor connection, and panoramic water views. Our architectural design draws inspiration from the surrounding shore environment through expressive rooflines, expansive glazing, and generous balconies that seamlessly blur the line between indoor and outdoor living. Developed under Russo Development’s Vermella brand, the 364,000 SF development features 196 upscale residential units designed to reinforce a strong sense of place along the waterfront.
