A US AI-chip major just locked India as its second brain for hyperscaler silicon. Marvell Technology will invest $250 million in India over the next three years and double its India headcount. The plan lands on the firm’s 20th year in the country: a new wing in Bangalore, deeper Hyderabad presence, and expanded design work for AI, cloud and data infrastructure.
