Together, they've advised on some of the country's most notable projects including The Seaport in New York City, The Arcade in Nashville, Rio Las Vegas, Bayside Marketplace in Miami, and BKX in Brooklyn—representing global brands like Netflix, NBCUniversal, FedEx and Sony along the way. Known for their collaborative approach and deep market knowledge, Josh and Scott will work alongside Vice Chairman Patrick A. We're thrilled to announce that Ann MacDiarmid has rejoined JLL as Executive Vice President on our Retail Corporate Services team. Ann returns to JLL to lead our Transaction Management Practice. She previously worked with our Work Dynamics division and brings deep expertise back to the firm. In this role, she'll lead the transaction management team, serve as a direct point of contact for key client accounts, manage onboarding and program delivery for new accounts, and contribute to new business development. Ann brings over a decade of retail real estate experience, with deep expertise in transaction management and multi-market program delivery for national retail occupiers.
