After far exceeding expectations during our first year of business, evolo is ready to grow! I'm genuinely so grateful to the people and companies who have put their faith me and evolo to help build their teams. We've established long term partnerships built on trust, honesty and performance. I couldn't be prouder of the way we're working with some of the most pioneering people in the Climate Tech/Battery/Energy Storage/Electrification space. 💚 I want to build something organic, rooted in purpose and shaped by 12+ years in recruitment, training and coaching. Creating a space where people can grow, believe in themselves, and achieve more than they thought possible, both personally and professionally. 📈 The demand is high and we need the best people to help us support the best businesses in climate tech. 🌳 Watch this space, as there will be some big announcements coming soon. What an incredible few days with Moment Energy 💚 I've worked with the team for the past few years, so it was a true pleasure to spend some time with ALL the people that make this business such a special place to be. Their mission is inspiring and they're truly going places! I was very lucky to be there during World Cup fever, and also partaking in one of their many socials, cycling around the Seawall/Stanley Park 🌳🚴 I was blown away at how hospitable everyone was. To get a true sense of employee experience, I joined their cohort of new starters for their onboarding training. 👀 The last pic gives you a sneek peak of our first in-person podcast recording with Edward Chiang for the The Climate Builders Collective podcast! 📺 It was a special one and a pinch me moment for sure 🙏 Thank you again Moment Energy team, you're the best and I feel blessed to be working with the most humble and passionate people on such a critical mission 💚 A special mention to Eren Flood for being the perfect host! Great to also catch up with some of the gems I've helped introduce to the mission; Bryan Cady, Dinesh Mudhuluru Subramanyam, EIT, Emrys H., Paul Dowell Gabriel Soares Sumreen Rattan Gurmesh S. At some point in your career, you face a big question: stay employed, or take the leap and build something of your own? There’s no textbook answer, just trade-offs, risk, and a decision you have to make with as much insight as possible. That’s one of the reasons I founded The Climate Builders Collective, to hear from founders and learn from their journeys. Hence why for episode 4, I invited my friend Kevin Hays onto the CBC Podcast to share his story 🎙️ 📺 Ep. 4: Morelle - The Big Leap Into Founding 👇 Links to episode in the comments (YouTube, Spotify, Apple, Amazon, Deezer) 🔋 In this episode, Kevin shares how he reached that crossroads and ultimately co-founded Morelle. He introduces the business, focused on fast-charge battery technology for e-bikes, drones, robotics, and other mobility applications, and reflects on what he’s learned since making the leap. If you’ve ever thought about going self-employed, or you’re a new founder figuring things out as you go, this one’s for you. Thank you Kevin for being part of The Climate Builders Collective 🙏 Hosted by evolo 🌳
