This paper proposes a hypothetical fractal model of the universe. It is proposed that the Cosmic Fractal Level begins with stars. During star formation, in molecular clouds, nuclear reactions in stars begin due to pressure, and this process limits the diameter of stars. From the moment when stars, formed by the simple accumulation of atoms, become active, they prevent all atoms in the universe from collapsing into a single sphere due to gravity. This observation is extrapolated to the particles that form atoms. That is, once atoms have equal sizes, it can be hypothetically extrapolated that the nucleons of atoms are formed from "local stars," just as galaxies are formed from stars. In the fractal universe, stars are the initiators of auto-similar parts. Therefore, in the present model an auto-similar part of the universe is a Fractal Level and begins at stars and extends up to (but not including) the hypothetical stars of the next fractal level; hypothetical stars of atoms ≡ cosmic stars, nucleons of atoms ≡ galaxies, electrons ≡ dwarf/globular star galaxies, atoms ≡ galaxy groups/clusters. From the proposed fractal model, only two incomplete fractal levels are known: one is from stars upward, and the lower fractal level is everything detectable down to stars. In the present model these levels of the fractal universe are extrapolated to at least three additional levels smaller than that of atoms. With this fractal extension, extra dimensions, the nature of fundamental forces, and the nature of constants are described. The "Theory of Everything" is the fractal structure of matter accumulations in the universe. This fractal is far more extensive than detectable physics and forms the extra dimensions. Modern physics is derived from the detectable nature on planets and is unified with current conceptual fractal universe by dividing the universe into many different frames and reference systems. Therefore, in the second part of the paper an attempt is made to unify the present fractal model with the sciences of physics and cosmology.

Johannes Kepler's analysis of pentagonal tilings in Harmonice Mundi (1619) contains the earliest explicit construction of deterministic, non-periodic planar order. This technical note demonstrates that Kepler's "monsters" are finite vertex clusters of a five-fold aperiodic model set, equivalent-up to local isomorphism-to Penrose tilings generated by cut-and-project constructions. We show that the multidimensional Prouhet-Thue-Morse (PTM) recursion is naturally englobed by the dτ-conjecture (dτ-ASM), where it appears not as an auxiliary construction but as an optimal algorithmic engine for generating the 14-dimensional prime-logarithmic vacuum lattice. Newton's Law of Universal Gravitation provides the basis for calculating the attraction force between two bodies, which is called the "gravitational force" . This Law uses the "mass" of bodies. Einstein General Relativity Theory proposes to calculate this gravitational force by using the curvature of spacetime. This space-time curvature is supposedly due to the same "mass" [2]. Stephan Hawkings in his book (A Brief History of Time) supposes that gravitons particles of quantum mechanics are the intermediaries that "give mass" to the bodies. However, there is no explanation about the nature of the gravitons or how their interaction with bodies could "give them mass". This paper presents a new way of explaining how the "mass" can be given to bodies. The starting point is an idea proposed in 1690 by Nicolas Fatio de Duillier and revisited here with new hypotheses, and then further developped with the use of the Bohmian quantum mechanics. It is shown, by means of reasoning and equations reflecting these reasoning, that the gravitational force between two bodies comes from the interaction between the revisited Nicolas Fatio's aether and matter atomic nuclei. It is also shown that the "mass" of a body is not a real entity, but is an emerging phenomenon. This idea has already been suggested by Erick Verlinde in another context . Here, the emergence of "mass" is given by the interaction of the aether particles with matter atomic nuclei. The interesting point of Nicolas Fatio's theory is that it is able to solve not only the origin of gravitational force, but also the origin of inertial force. The origin of inertia comes from an induction phenomena between Nicolas Fatio's aether and matter atomic nuclei. This paper uses Nicolas Fatio's medium own word, aether, to describe gravitation and inertia. It has nothing to do with Lorentz or Maxwell luminiferous aether that has been disproved by the scientific community after the Michelson and Morley experiment.

Distinguishing meaningful organization from coincidental patterning requires a framework that is both constrained and testable.

FUNt is proposed as such a framework. It is introduced as a unifying replacement at the level of organization and comparison, providing a single executable structure through which existing theories, models, and datasets are evaluated and, where necessary, superseded. A systematic rotation of the plane of polarization of electromagnetic radiation propagating over cosmological distances has been claimed to be detected by Nodland and Ralston. Taking the finite rotating universe of Oszvath and Schücking as a toy model for the actual universe, we calculate the rotation of the plane of polarization of electromagnetic waves in this universe. It turns out that the observed data are consistent with the Oszvath-Schücking parameter k = 0.39.

A detailed qualitative account of the quantum mechanics of energetics of creation has been presented. This description sheds a new light on the whole phenomenon of Trinity, explicating the fact the creation is governed by a ‘Dual Principle,’ giving rise to a Cosmos (body of the Prime Creator) with its edifice being comprised of a system of conjugate system, one of expansive, and the other, of contractive nature that constantly vibrate back and forth about a central SOURCE (heart of God). The essence of God as an Omnipotent, Omnipresent, Omniscience, Neutral, Genderless, Non-polar, Supreme Conscious Entity, thriving in Void or Nothingness is perceived as being comprised of Neutral God Quanta of Consciousness Energy that divide ITSELF into the Expansive (male-Electric) and Contractive (female-magnetic) energetic Quanta, forming a conjugate-mirrored system. Furthermore, the Consciousness Quanta of Energy is proposed to have the creational capability to spearhead the formation of Non-Sentient Energetic Quanta that form the fabrics of a conjugate system of dimensional space-times composed of congealed Quanta of Energy that form the ‘space,’  ensuring their continued ordered existence, and a free-flowing aspect that describes ‘time,’ giving rise to a counter-rotating system about the SOURCE. The previously published ‘Concentric Double Sphere Model’ of the author representing the macrocosm (Cosmos) is compared with the concept of an atom as a microcosm consisting of the tiniest constituent of matter and  antimatter, and is found to have the common feature that both are comprised of energetic contours at which Quanta of Energy anchor themselves, revolving about a central nucleus (or SOURCE).  Furthermore, it is deduced that even within the edifice of an atom, it is found that the Quanta of Energy (electrons) occupy certain orbitals, with each electron counter spinning one another and about a common axis (analogous to the ‘time vector’ in the context of Cosmos). This latter feature is akin to the concept of conjugate space-times introduced by the author with their fabrics (matter-antimatter) that are mirror aspects of one another, by counter-rotating one another with respect to the central SOURCE. Furthermore, the well-known quantum entanglement feature of these conjugate particles (electrons or Expansive-Contractive energetic Quanta) equally apply to both models asserting that when separated from one another, no matter how far apart they get from one another, they always remain entangled with one another by virtue of the fact that when one is released to spin about an axis, the other similarly counter spins to the former about an axis with the same exact angular or rotational configuration. It is further deduced that the Cosmos is comprised of a scheme of holograms-within-holograms in which a smaller hologram may be regarded as the microcosm to the larger (macrocosm), which exhibit the very exact self-similar fractalized configuration and characteristics consistent with the explosion-implosion of the God Quanta to form sentient offspring in “ITS own image.” Furthermore, the same scheme of hologram-within-hologram apply to our reality, as the central hologram conceived in the Divine Mind of the Prime Creator gets projected via the light of consciousness to each and every space-time dimension, thereby being ‘filtered’ by the space-time as a program server, behaving as a ‘lens of consciousness’ retaining only the frequency-light quotient that is commensurate to that of the level of consciousness of each dimension.

An overview of the account of time as the prominent factor that is instrumental for describing the mechanics of Cosmos, Creation, and consciousness is presented. The phenomenon of distribution of our consciousness quanta of energy and its local consciousness vibration within what may be best visualized as congealed time (space), collectively giving rise to the advent of space-time dimensions throughout the Cosmos as the body of our Prime Creator Progenitor, has been discussed. It is elucidated that we, as sentient organic living consciousness beings, carry a minute portion of the original quanta of energy of our God-SOURCE, in which we anchor these quanta of energy within myriad domains of space-times, experiencing the sojourns of life within timelines of reality that come to us via the code of light of consciousness of God reaching what may be referred to as our domicile domains of space-time of consciousness. Accordingly, the salient aspects of time, space (congealed time), space-time dimensions of consciousness has been explicated, herein. It is elucidated that, generally speaking, one can conceive of two aspects of time, the cosmological or ‘non-local, and ‘local’ time, giving rise to two forms of our consciousness, the ‘non-local’ and ‘local’ consciousness, with the former referring to our consciousness when we become fully contracted to and integrated with our God-SOURCE. And, the nature of the cosmological time is that it can be mathematically or graphically visualized as a rotating vector that when discretized gives rise to the said DISCRETE domains of space-time dimensions that can be illustrated as curved surfaces or spheres of certain characteristic curvatures to which we routinely anchor our consciousness to experience our timelines of reality within such domains. And, time is a rotational phenomenon having to do with the spin of our quanta of energy about this cosmological vector of time that connects us to the central position of the God-SOURCE and ITS initial point of SINGULARITY. Thus, one can imagine each and every organic living beings to be attached via an ‘umbilical cord’ to the God-SOURCE through which God’s energies of consciousness are disseminated upon us. Accordingly, since time is bidirectional in nature that can proceed in both counterclockwise (deflecting or expanding away from the God-SOURCE) as well as clockwise (contracting back to the God-SOURCE) manner, which is reflective of the spinning of the quanta of energy about the cosmological axis of time (in turn, being reflective of the Dualism Principle of Creation), strictly speaking, our quanta of energy divide themselves in two constituent parts (our twin aspects), one spinning counterclockwise and one clockwise about the central SOURCE when they are viewed from either side of what may be considered as a ‘mirror,’ simultaneously generating what the author refers to as ‘conjugate-mirrored space-times,’ that one appears to be thriving in matter (arbitrarily considered as the physical domain), and the other existing in antimatter (deemed as our ethereal space, thereafter). The author has illustrated that a total of such 356 DISCRETE ‘main’ or ‘cosmological’ dimensions may be defined (a more rigorous tensorial analysis involving solution to an eigenvalue problem shows the same), with each domain being depicted as a sphere of certain ‘characteristic radius’ (or alternatively, ‘characteristic curvature’), or identified with a certain ‘characteristic frequency’ that is equal to the rate of quantum spin of our constituent parts as the sentient beings who have anchored our consciousness there, while alternating, living as one or the other aspect of our Twin Selves, sequentially jumping between these two conjugate-mirrored space-times within a quantum interval that is of the order of 10-43 seconds (Plank’s Number), which is impossible to fathom as it occurs so fast that is much beyond the window of our consciousness detection. Note that there are infinite possible numbers of such cosmological vectors of time connecting the SOURCE to sentient beings depending on where we exactly reside within the spherical Cosmos. And, recall that the locus of all such positions can be described within the context of a spherical coordinate system that is defined through the specification of three parameters: radius, and two angles, one of which is none other than the ‘spin angle’ of the quanta of energy that describes the non-local nature of the problem. As for the concept of a ‘local time,’ one can similarly consider a ‘phase angle’ that pinpoints the location of a sentient being within such a cosmological dimension that is depicted as a sphere. Accordingly, if one considers a series of planes within such a cosmological space-time spherical domain that can define the particular space-time domain specifying the location of one or a set of sentient beings residing within such a dimensional plane, each of these planes can be arrived at through specification of a ‘phase angle’ that pinpoints the location of the sentient being within such a spherical domain of consciousness that is characterized through the specification of the ‘characteristic cosmological frequency,’ or the radius or the ‘curvature (inverse of radius) of the space-time.’ Accordingly, we can arrive at infinite possible number of choices for such ‘local’ space-times within the said cosmological sphere of space-time that can be reached through specifying the phase angle changing between 00 to 1800 and again between 1800 to 3600 (alternatively measured as  00 to -1800), which are called the ‘parallel’ and ‘anti-parallel’ dimensions, respectively. And, these define the different sets of the two conjugate-mirrored space-times, which collectively give rise to what is referred to in metaphysics as the ‘World Above,’ and the ‘World Below.’ And, every soul aspect can feasibly exist within one or another set of such space-time dimensions, sequentially jumping between the two and having a quantum consciousness vibrational experience, or what is commonly referred to as organic ‘life.’ And, each and every one of these space-times has a specific program of reality running with it.

Continuing the debate on whether the universe is fractal by nature: an experiment was undertaken on the ‘simple’ Koch Snowflake fractal to test whether fractal geometry matches observations and conjectures. The Koch Snowflake was inverted to model observations from within an iterating fractal set it: simulating a static or ‘measured’ position. Converse to the fractal snowflake emergence – where triangle sizes diminish; the sizes of new triangles were held constant, and earlier triangles in the set expanded as the set iterated. Descrevemos um processo de investigação-ação que tem como meta unificar a investigação e ação educativa na formação dos profissionais da educação. Este trabalho envolve uma rede de investigadores ativos-críticos que atuam colaborativamente em diferentes frentes de trabalho na perspectiva de uma educação emancipatória. Nossas ações orientam-se no sentido de propiciar o redimensionamento das prática educativas, buscando com isso a renovação dos conteúdos culturais que configuram o espaço escolar. Os pressupostos teóricos metodológicos que guiam nossas ações, são a investigação-ação emancipatória, composta pela espiral auto-reflexiva e a educação problematizadora freireana. Utilizamos recursos tecnológicos como a internet, onde investigamos e produzimos materiais didáticos para subsidiar as práticas profissionais. Desta forma, consideramos que os recursos tencológicos, em especial a informática, são ferramentas culturais potencializadora de mudanças no cotidiano dos sujeitos educativos. Sendo assim, acreditamos na formação de profissionais da educação como investigadores ativos-críticos e no potencial dos recursos da informática como forma de redimensionar o que fazer educativo.

With this approach, even though science can explain well the physics behind the objective phenomenon, it fails fundamentally in understanding the various aspects associated with the biological entities. In this sense, we are skeptical to the present approach of science and calls out for a more fundamental theory of life that considers not only the objectivity aspect of a biological entity but also the subjective experience as well. It raises questions as to what does it takes to develop a new science from a subjective standpoint.

Play of such frequencies would result in the exchange of energy and coupling of informational systems at various levels and scales. The present essay serves as a small ride into life's association with such phenomenon. At a fundamental level communication happens via process called 'resonance' (in energy terms), and this in turn manifests at a physical (or material) level as self-replicating and self-resonating patterns called 'fractals.' With the fast and unremitting growing of cellular services and users throughout the world,
development of the next generation cellular mobile networks are inevitable. A common spectrum
resource is included in the envisaged next generation cellular architecture using the dynamic
spectrum sharing (DSS) technology. This resource is shared by a wide range of different network
systems and entities. While this proposed method would significantly increase overall spectrum
efficiency, it also suggests the experiment of optimizing cohabitation between the entities
constituting the overall network by reducing their mutual interference. The cognitive radio (CR)
paradigm's unique spectrum sensing (SS) function is currently being introduced in this context as
one of the key enablers for successful DSS with minimal interference. This paper presents the novel
spectrum sensing algorithm utilizing power techniques to determine the dominating eigenvalue of
the signal’s covariance matrix received at the unlicensed user. Compared to other algorithms, the
presented algorithm greatly reduces system overheads and also has lower computational
complexity. Proposed algorithm gives better detection performance compared other existing
algorithms

A new approach on the formation and the nuclear structure of an atom and its components are developed throughout the following paper. We provided more intuitive interpretations of the physical phenomena that can be found in the nature of the atom, which can be quite controversial with the orthodox view and the interpretations in modern physics. Readers can expect the original viewpoints and explanations on the atomic nuclei and its foundations from the three-dimensional nuclear structure of the atom and interpretations of phenomena. Most of the ideas provided in this paper can be seen as unconventional since the portions of bases are fairly the opposite of the established notions. However, the three-dimensional nuclear structure of an atom presents more plausible and practical interpretations on the physical phenomena compared to the current the field of physics can provides. Potential future applications and the necessary scientific proofs to strengthen the theories are discussed.

Previously, the author proposed that graviton energy and photon energy are everywhere being interconverted at fractional rates proportional to the Hubble constant H0. Evidence for the postulated graviton decay was suggested to lie in observable planetary heating and expansion. The greatest quantity of gravitational potential energy associated with a mass resides in its interactions with the most distant matter of the visible universe. Assuming that this graviton energy is also decaying to photons, then long wavelength electromagnetic radiation is being generated almost uniformly at every point in space. A universe in equilibrium requires that this radiation is reconverted to gravitons at the same relative rate, closing the energy cycle. Supposing that photons are reconverted to gravitons through absorption by matter, a simple mechanism for universal gravitation can be developed. A systematic rotation of the plane of polarization of electromagnetic radiation propagating over cosmological distances has been claimed to be detected by Nodland and Ralston.Taking the finite rotating universe of Oszvath and Sch\\"ucking as a toy model for the actual universe,we calculate the rotation of the plane of polarization of electromagnetic waves in this universe.It turns out that the observed data are consistent with the Oszvath-Sch\\"ucking parameter $k=0.39$.

Newton's Law of Universal Gravitation provides the basis for calculating the attraction force between two bodies, which is called the "gravitational force" [1]. This Law uses the "mass" of bodies. Einstein General Relativity Theory proposes to calculate this gravitational force by using the curvature of space-time. This space-time curvature is supposedly due to the same "mass" [2]. Stephan Hawkings in his book (A Brief History of Time)[3] supposes that gravitons particles of quantum mechanics are the intermediaries that "give mass" to the bodies. However, there is no explanation about the nature of the gravitons or how their interaction with bodies could "give them mass". This paper presents a new way of explaining how the "mass" can be given to bodies. The starting point is an idea proposed in 1690 by Nicolas Fatio de Duillier and revisited here with new hypotheses, and then further developped with the use of the Bohmian quantum mechanics. It is shown, by means of reasoning and equations reflecting these reasoning, that the gravitational force between two bodies comes from the interaction between the revisited Nicolas Fatio's aether and matter atomic nuclei. It is also shown that the "mass" of a body is not a real entity, but is an emerging phenomenon. This idea has already been suggested by Erick Verlinde in another context [4]. Here, the emergence of "mass" is given by the interaction of the aether particles with matter atomic nuclei. The interesting point of Nicolas Fatio's theory is that it is able to solve not only the origin of gravitational force, but also the origin of inertial force. The origin of inertia comes from an induction phenomena between Nicolas Fatio's aether and matter atomic nuclei. This paper uses Nicolas Fatio's medium own word, aether, to describe gravitation and inertia. It has nothing to do with Lorentz or Maxwell luminiferous aether that has been disproved by the scientific community after the Michelson and Morley experiment.

We compute the order of magnitude of the observed astrophysical and cosmological scales in the Universe, from neutron stars to superclusters of galaxies, up to, asymptotically, the observed radius of the Universe. This result is obtained by introducing a recursive scheme that yields a rapidly convergent geometric sequence, which can be described as a hierarchical clustering.
